Sub wrapped in paper towel: that’s a NO-NO. Has to be wrapped in parchment paper, then it was wrapped again and it wasn’t put in a sub bag: it was put In Walmart bag. Unacceptable! I won’t be back there again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The men who work there daily do not clean the store on their free time or down time. They sit and talk all day and leave the store messy when people need to sit. The ratings lie about the food as well. They are stingy with their veggies and put very little. The lemonade tastes absolutely gross. They are just messy and disgusting. Do better subways and will be contacting corporate.

My experience here was okay to good. I was friendly and courteous to the staff and that was reciprocated. My sandwich was good, not great, but good. The floors and tables needed cleaning and the trash was overflowing.

The guys that took my order were high. Lets start with having to repeat everything 3x's to both. Being left to go in the back and come back. The cookies were uncooked. The sandwiches werent cut. They dropped a cookie on the counter and then put it into the bag then handed to me.. I got in touch w the owner and asked for a refund and he said I could get 50% off my next order... so NO REFUND. then proceeds to tell me the cookies were made aware to him earlier in the day by a different employee and yet he let them put them out to sell.. so poisoning customer w prior knowledge. And then we went to try to get our 50% off next order but was being ignored again by the same high guys. So we left and decided this cheapskate of a man doesnt get any more of our money. He owns the smoke shop on tanger blvd too.

Very poor experience here. Told the guy I wanted to use a coupon he argued with me that I can't use it finally scans it as I requested and says guess I can use it. He makes my sandwiches & gives me like 2 slices of turkey on each sandwich no where near the amount its supposed to be I've never seen a subway sandwich this thin smh how do you mistreat the customers for using coupons that are mailed to my house for me to use smh waste of time &money I'll never be back.

Ordered online. First we were told they didn't have the order. Then they found half the order. Then we were told it had already been picked up. Finally got it all straightened out and received our order.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the staff. I placed the order online, and the order went through smoothly, indicating it was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that they had run out of items and the order was not even prepared. To make it worse is the staff adamantly refusing to provide a refund for the unavailable items. I had to endure a lengthy wait of about 15-20 minutes, during which I had to explain the situation repeatedly until the store manager finally intervened to process the refund. It is concerning that your staff lacks the necessary training to handle such a simple situation, prompting a need for you to reevaluate your onboarding process.

We had a negative encounter with the staff when we placed an online order and it was initially accepted. However, upon arriving for pickup, they informed us that the item was out of stock and didn't provide any refund options. After a lengthy discussion with the staff, we were finally able to involve a supervisor who agreed to cancel the order. The entire experience left us extremely disappointed.

This place is trash spending $11 on the sandwich just to have 5 slices of meat I would never go to this d*** Subway ever again and I don't recommend nobody to go to the Subway. Just for the lack of great customer service that they did not have.

The store is clean but the staff is terrible. They don't greet you at all. They ignore you until they are ready after moving as slow as possible. They didn't even cut our sandwiches. We had 5 people and got 2 napkins.

I cant believe this place is still open. I ordered an avocado sandwich and the staff didn't tell me there was no avocado until after my sandwhich was finished. Then i ordered a meal with a drink and two cookies like the sign says behind the counter "two cookies or chips and a drink for $2.50" i got two sandwiches so two meals. I was charged 4 dollars for each drink and 1 dollar a cookie so a total of $12 for the "meals" (they are not meals they charged me for each item separate) plus my sandwiches. The staff had nothing to say but "it is a lie sorry, you can talk to Frank the owner if you want" IT'S NOT OK!
