DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!! I don’t know who is advising them on their portion size but their portions are very small. I gave them at least three tries and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have been a disappointment. It’s either they are super skimpy or the rice is hard. Save your self the trip and go to a different location.

I walked in at 8:30. They close at 11 but told me they didn’t have steak and wouldn’t make more. Rude staff. TRASH! Won’t be back to this location

Always a great experience at Chipotle. Sofritas are a 10/10.Vegetarian options: You can get bowls, salads, quesadillas, tacos, nachos, etc. without meat. The sofritas (crumbled tofu) is reallyyyy good. Even friends who hate tofu likes sofritas.

All portions for my order were extremely small, the burritos were half the size that they normally are, even though we asked for extra portions of certain ingredients. My burrito was the same size as a kids chip bag, which doesn't seem correct. Also, the cheese in our kid's quesadilla was not melted at all. Also took several minutes for us to be acknowledged at the drive-thru, even though the restaurant did not seem busy at all.

Alex our first host on the line was great he served our bowls well and was very approachable (polite with a smile on his face). However as I went down the line the young lady closing the bowl cut her finger with the foil lid. She removed herself immediately to wash and bandage her finger. Here is the issue I asked Carla at the cash register (I’m assuming she’s the manager) to give me a new meal. With an attitude she refused at first stating the blood stayed within the glove. It wasn’t a big cut but still. Who would serve a meal where there may be a possible cross contamination? After telling her multiple times that I didn’t want the meal because it may be contaminated she tried to charge me for the contaminated one and the new one. Once I told her I didn’t want it at all she yelled at the first host Alex to make me new bowl and told me to get back online. Alex quickly served me along with another employee so quick I didn’t have to go and make the line again. Carla was definitely not thinking straight. Everyone else was great.

Only complaint is why have a large sign that says open to 11pm for you not to be open and lock doors @ 10:30

Two days ago, I decided to try eating here for the first time, and I really liked it. I tried to look up reviews and pictures of the food before going here, but there were only a few pictures in the reviews that weren't very detailed. I've never eaten at a Chipotle before, and I had the assumption that you get a burrito made, and it's put in a bowl, and toppings are put on it, but I was wrong. I took a few minutes to look at the menu and was not happy that they weren't any prices. I saw a steak bowl that was $12.99 if I'm correct, but that was the only pricing I saw. I went ahead and ordered a burrito and put my desired foods in it, including brown rice, Pinto beans, and the shredded beef.I was surprised at how big the burrito was and was even more surprised that it was able to be closed up. I was even more surprised when I got a price of over $11.80. The burrito was good, but not $12 good. I literally could have bought a meal with three meats at Panda Express with chow mein and rice mixed for less than that price. I felt a bit ripped off until I got some information from someone who goes there frequently. I did some online Googling and found out that you get a lot more food if you get the burrito bowl, and then you simply order tortillas on the side, which is currently $0.50 each. I went ahead and did that the next day, and I couldn't believe how much food is in the bowl. By the way, I like that the bowls, they keep the food warm, and they seem to be good for the environment, at least the bowl portion.I took the food home with my two tortillas and split the bowl exactly in half, and surprisingly, I made two burritos about the same size as the one burrito I bought for the same price the day before. I omitted the beef and opted for chicken instead, which brought the price down almost a dollar, but I couldn't believe how much more food you get when you opt for the bowl. I like the food, overall, it seems pretty healthy, but I'm from a Caribbean background, and I'm used to flavorful food, and honestly, this didn't have any flavors that just burst in my mouth. The food was good but could use some more seasonings as opposed to using sauces to give it more flavor. I don't like guacamole either, so that wasn't an option, and I can't take too much spicy, so the hot salsa was a no-no.I would eat here again, without a doubt, but it certainly wouldn't be a weekly or even a monthly purchase. I suggest it for anyone who loves Mexican food, especially if you are on a diet or want to choose exactly what goes into your meal. I gave it four stars because the food could have better seasonings, but it's still good. I especially like the corn salsa, very interesting flavor that it gives to the burrito, even so I hate the diced purple onions in it, so I just picked them out.

I had a simple order a veggie bowl. When I got my order it was all messed up and had chicken on it. Normally Chipotle puts stickers on your order to say who it belongs to. It takes 10 seconds to check an order before it gets to a customer. I wanted a refund and they gave me a free meal that will expire next month. I don’t think that’s fair I still have to pay for an incorrect order that was done on your part and why would I want a free meal when y’all didn’t get it right the first time.

I've eaten off and on at this location for a few years. Another example of a place being successful despite their efforts. After all this time, the front door still needs windex..always dirty..Credit card machine always remains a problem "swipe it again only this time do it like this...". The soft drink machine has the same problems, tables whether busy or not are nearly always dirty even though they appear to be well staffed. THIS is how you lose customers. What happens on the other side of the counter is very important. With more and more choices in the area, there are other 15.00 lunch options. Time to step up your game Loganville Chipotle. Bethlehem calls! Update: these types of "auto responses" do nothing. Show this to the franchisee. Fix what's broken or go out of business. More choices are coming and I'll be sure to visit Barberitos.
