When I saw them pull an already made ice cream cone out of a freeze, I knew something wasn’t right. After they passed it to 3 people before the final guy dipped it, I got a hot mess. He wipe off the chocolate that slide off the ice cream with a paper towel. He preceded a cone with slithers of chocolate dripping. I asked him if he would eat that. He looked at it just like I did. SMH. When I asked what was wrong with the chocolate, he said…(shrugged his should) I guess it’s too hot. WTH! So I politely declined the mess and asked for a refund. He just looked, took my card back, applied the refund and let the window slam shut. Then he turned his back. Yeah, no I will not be returning to this location EVER! And if you are reading this I would suggest you to visit a different one than the one on Hwy 78.

It's not the Dairy Queen way. The buns were old & kind of peeling the hot dogs taste like they say in water for too long, the chilli & coleslaw was thin & tasteless as if they tried to stretch it to save money. The food was over priced for the way it was prepared.

The girl at the drive thru was NOT FRIENDLY at all. She snatched my credit card from my hand. As I was speaking to her she closed the windows.The second time she closed the window in me the Manager/Owner did come to the window. He did have a smile and was friendly and helpful. Thank you Sir.Unfortunately I will not return to this location due to the poor service from the little girl who snatched my card.

Great food, seems like there is no real good deals on food anymore everything is getting so pricey. Used to get the same meal for $5 now it's $7.50.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Ordered a small s'mores blizzard. Practically nothing in it but the ice cream and a couple of the chocolate pieces. So disappointed. Don't go here unless you make sure they actually add the toppings!!!
Just went to Dairy Queen in Loganville, GA and ordered a couple of blizzards with the same flavors as always. One would think that at $8 a blizzard you would get it right. I got the wrong blizzard and so when I got home I called the daughter of the owner and she explained that heath bar and snickers are similar and she made a mistake. I just asked if I could get a free blizzard next time since we order regularly and she said no but I could drive all the way back and she would make another one! This is bad customer service. I wouldn't order anything from this location that couldn't be easily checked before leaving the restaurant.

They have Strawberry Dip for ice cream cones and not every Dairy Queen serve it which I think is crazy.

Nice place and the manager Jay is a very nice person and makes it right! If anything is wrong or lacking just ask for her she will make sure you're taken care of.
