“I frequent this Kroger often and the one off Meadowchurch. Tonight at the one here on Riverside Drive I received the worse service. The cashier/attendant for the self check out lanes kept insisting that I hadn’t rang up items in the self check out everytime she came over to assist me. She would look in the bags and on the shelf and say oh you didn’t scan this... ma’am I did and I’d show her on the receipt , had to call her again to assist and again she states I didn’t scan my“
“I found this place after first visiting a traditional year round store. The traditional store located in Webb Gin shops had customers standing outside in the rain waiting for a very very long time. Before joining the line I sat in my car to see how fast the line was moving. It wasn’t moving very well at all. I decided to search the next closest location and found this express location. Wow! I was in and out in 5-7 minutes. The staff were kind, quick, and helpful; especially with determining how much to purchase.
