This place was over priced. The ambiance was okay. The hostess was kind and attentive. The downside to the whole experience was we were charged for a second drink when my bf switched from diet coke to Arnold Palmer, they both are soft drink items but was told if you get one drink flavor your refill must be the same. This was not written on the menu or stated. So we paid for three drinks when only two people ate. They need to make paterons aware of small things like this.

Amazing cajun seafood. So spicy! Had me sweating and I kept eating. So good!

The only good thing about my experience was that the food was hot. Other than that there was no flavor whatsoever. I ordered the 1/2 lb bag of shrimp no head. With the special seasoning (HOT). When I say it literally tasted like water only. I do not recommend going to eat there. I will never go back a waste of money.

Food was absolutely DISGUSTING. My mom and I LOVE seafood boils and have been on a quest to find our favorite seafood boil restaurant and this is by far the worst one we have been to. I ordered one pound of shrimp and she ordered one pound of snow crab legs with a half pound of shrimp on the side. We both chose the Cajun seasoning and the spice level as hot. At the first bite, we both looked at each other and CRINGED. No flavor whatsoever... plus.. the seafood tasted old and not fresh at all. I even threw up. We did not finish our meal nor do we plan on finishing it. I genuinely wish I could give this place a zero-half star review. Not only was the food gross, the man who was working the door was very rude. Please save yourself at least 50$ and go somewhere else.

Ordered the Fancy special. IN the restaurant..1 crab cluster plus an arm of crab which has me thinking that its a half of pound, maybe a 1/4 of Sausage, crawfish, 1 corn, 1 potato, 1 egg....however I did not get the egg or ANY crawfish!!! Not understanding the problem here.....taste was just okay....probably won't do the house sauce again.....can't quite put my finger on it but not the best.....will I try again....maybe...but sauce will be different

The Fancy Sauce mild is "something else"! I must say it was yummy, and I will return. Usually, I am hesitant after reading certain reviews. However, I've learned we live in a world where everyone will not be pleased no matter what. I'm glad I tried it for myself.
My first time eating here and my experience was worst than worst. I ordered chicken wings that were so salty my mouth quenched for 20 minutes after I bit one. My onion rings were not fresh and tasted recycled. I am very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I was not greeted instead the black man in the front closed the door and sliding glass in my face after spending money with their business. I ordered online and did not receive what I ordered(crawfish missing from Fancy Special) and was informed they replaced them with sausage. I informed the manager and owner we do not eat pork or beef and that I was not requesting a refund; I simply wanted the crawfish I had played for. I was told repeatedly that "there was nothing they can do". Moreover I was overcharged and again told there was nothing they can do. The black man with blue dreadlocs claims to be part owner but definently doesn't know much about clientele retention. He sat on the phone gossiping the entire time. They wouldn't even honor the fact their menus were false advertisement for both price and ingredients.I will never order from this establishment again and encourage everyone else to TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! ~$90 wasted for food I can't eat. And lets not mention they dont do refunds. Close the whole establishment!!!!

The fancy crab sauce is some of the best I ever had and I don't typically enjoy spicy sauce. For boils I give them a 5 but for the fried food, almost a three. I agree with all the negative reviewers regarding fried items... This isn't there specialty... That sauce IS!!! FABULOUS... if I hadn't tried the fried stuff it's give them a 10. Seriously... And I ordered it thru Door dash

I had to drive to complain because their phone and website was down. I was missing items and the manager said there was nothing they could do for me. They did this because we’re treated poorly because my husband is military.
