First of all….. Let’s stop burning the food. Not my favorite location, but its the closest. I am guaranteed to receive something burnt when I order. If it burns just toss it. We will not eat it, just because you packed it up. Better your trash with a good review, than my trash with a bad review.

I have been to both Snellville and Loganville locations multiple times because people keep inviting me. In my opinion the food is always bland and pricey. I'm not sure if I will ever go back.
Food was just okay. Pancake was dry from being under the warming lamp for so long; skillet was skimpy on tomatoes and bacon; greens were yellowed and decomposing. Service was frustratingly absent: staff took our drink order quickly, but didn't return for food order until we flagged her down; long wait for food, delivered without silverware or side orders; when silverware was delivered, it was short one serving, which took a very uncomfortable 5-7 minutes to be corrected; plastic drink cups piled up on the end of the table because none were cleared when fresh drinks were delivered (they ran out of regular glasses); no syrup or butter for the very dry pancake. Restrooms were inadequate; men's room floor was strewn with paper towels and liquid in front of the urinal.

This was my first time here, and it was pretty decent. I had the pancakes and the million dollar bacon. I ordered a side of potatoes, but my server forgot them. Overall, the service was okay, and the food was okay.
