So we used to come here awhile back but then stopped. I have never felt the need to leave a review until today. Food is still amazing but the atmosphere and service has completely upgraded.The manager Tamika has obviously outdone herself! The staff is so welcoming and attentive. She’s a strong and caring leader and it shows through how the staff talks to each customer. We came for dinner for my son’s 6th bday and she had the entire restaurant sing happy birthday! My son absolutely loved it.Thank you so much for a memorable time at this local establishment. Tamika May The Most High continue to bless you and guide you❤️

This was our first time in Huey Magoo's and we were not disappointed! Tamika was so helpful. She provided excellent customer service and made great suggestions as to the flavors and combos we should try. We went with a variety; the original, garlic parmesean and sweet heat. All three as well as the dipping sauces: spicy, ranch & bleu cheese were delicious! There was a little bit of a wait due to them being busy and food being prepared fresh neither of which we minded and in our opinion was evidence of how good the food was before we tried it. 10 out of 10 I'd give the food and customer service a 15!

It's been a year since my first review. Now I'm in the restaurant at 2:00 p.m. the restaurant is 3/4 empty the drive-through is empty and it's still taking 15 to 20 minutes to get food. Don't know what's up. The app is also not working. When you go to place order it won't let you do it. They still got some work to do.

Just went to the drive-through, only there was no menu. You had to place your order on a cell phone or computer. I was told I could go inside, why would I want to do that with below freezing temps outside? What do people do if they don't have a cell phone or computer? This is discrimination for the elderly.

Food is always good. The service, however, is TERRIBLE! You aren't able to phone in orders and when you do get to order it's 50/50 if you'll get out of here inside 20 minutes. The staff seems to be all teens and not at all concerned with service. I used to love eating here but after my last couple of visits I don't think I'll he back!

I don’t frequent this place, I’ve been once in 2 years. Im not local… I’m unsure how the atmosphere typically is, but today was less than appealing. I was welcomed when entering, and everyone seemed to be in good spirits… everyone but Asia J, my cashier. She was extremely cold and not very tentative . I truly felt like I was bothering her by simply just being there and ordering. During the middle of transaction she kept turning around to talk to her coworkers about someone that was in a bad mood that day, ironically. I had to ask her 3 times to hit the button to make the card reader work, because again, she wasn’t paying attention. Finally got through with that, and she never handed me an order number for the table, I didn’t know I needed one. ??♂️ When the young guy brought my food, I felt like I was getting the 3rd degree because I didn’t have a number to give him. The food was great but the whole experience was a little strange and underwhelming. Maybe it was just an off day….
