Two kroger pharmacies in loganville. This one and a larger kroger on hwy81. This kroger is efficient and very timely with prescriptions. Pharmacist is pleasant and always willing to help. The kroger on hwy 81 is a joke and the worst customer service ive ever experienced

The pharmacy is terrible. Twice now i have had a prescription sent there and told it would be ready after 3:00pm and turns out they never had the medication at all. Very lazy up there and rude as well. I don't usually go back after one bad experience but i did this time and i regret doing so.

This pharmacy STAYS backed up and for the most part the pharmacists are pretty nice but I did run into one where she may have been having a bad day and I thought about it before reacting, but she was a bit rude with no empathy.... Please get better.....we appreciate you all!!!!!

I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who looks to have their medicine same day. They will tell you one thing and do another. I had three prescriptions sent electronically at noon and at 6:30 pm they still had one missing. When I asked how they could have two ready and the other left incomplete, I was informed, and I quote, "it depends". Depends on what? When I called at noon to confirm they had the prescriptions, I asked if they had the products in stock and was told they had the medicines but were "backed up because we just got back from lunch". Six hours later, they managed to fill two of the three. This is not acceptable; Kroger needs to get a grip and send some administrative support to clean up this mess. I for one, will move on. I deal with honest people who conduct themselves with integrity. Kroger has none in their pharmacy at the moment. What a shame.

This review is about a Kroger Simple Truth product. - the toilet bowl cleaner squirt nozzle never worked, but I still tried to use it. After pouring it in bowl, I set it down and it damaged my new vanity. Kroger will not do anything about it- not even give me advice on how to safely remove the stain. DO NOT BUY SIMPLE TRUTH CLEANING PRODUCTS or be very careful about touching anything with them.

always a gimmick with their digital coupons, specials, in store whatever... why would it be so hard to just offer fair prices... simply..... oh and maybe staff the checkouts?

This Kroger went from the absolute best in the area at one time to the worst grocery store anywhere, by far. Every time I think I will try the click list again because it failed me the time before, I am again left sorely disappointed due to lost orders. When I previously did luck out and get an order fulfilled they were out of 50% of the items. Yet again, another hour later and another lost order. Adios! Store is disgusting and disorderly. Parking lot is akin to Wal-Mart. All the help stands around and chats rather than check you out. They will also stand over your shoulder and watch you do self check out to see if you scanned it all; don't get me started on that one. What an embarrassment to Kroger and to Loganville.
Great to see that things are coming back to normal. Thanks for being open and keeping it clean. A favorite store of my entire family and love the sushi it is so fresh!

I recently ordered delivery from a local Kroger store this is the second order that I have had issues with the first one I was charge for items I did not receive and now I received rotten produce tomatoes were rotten I have a compromised immune system and it is recommended that I do not leave my house other than absolute necessities so I thought this would be a great way to reduce my risk outside the home but I still had to get dressed go to the store and when I got there I was absolutely disrespected by the manager on duty I really don't understand how they're so many commercials about fresh produce being watched every step of the way turns into selecting by hand and delivering rotten produce shameful this may be small to Son but food is extremely expensive healthy food is even more expensive

Shame! They sell gas at .35ct more than the QT 1/4 of a mile away! Thats (major price gouging) and Im calling the dept of Agriculture 1st thing in the morning to report them!!!

What a terrible pharmacy!!!! Prescription was called in on Saturday and I'm here on Tuesday and it's still not ready for pickup! Wow This is insane the level of incompetence!! Im so glad it was not meds that my life depended on! I'll will certainly go elsewhere in the future!!!!
