Another instacart run and to arrive at 5:58 PM on a Sunday for the deli to be closed due to a call out employee. This is really unacceptable and I understand that the previous employee had to leave. This affects MY money and of course an uneasy customer. If you are reading this and know someone in need of a job......please apply. As an fyi, there customer service does not open until 11 which is also unacceptable. Many of the employees are very nice, but the store is not well stocked most days. TBH....after about 2:00 PM daily, I don't like shopping there for Instacart of personal needes because I can pretty much guarantee that they will not have what's desired....

This is MY Kroger location, as it is the closest Kroger to my home. There are many in the surrounding area, but I frequent this location often. This Kroger is located in Midway Plaza on Athens Highway. In addition, this location indeed has a Kroger Fuel Station to purchase discounted gas with your Kroger Card. The Service: I've been in the Loganville area going on four years now and I have never had an issue with this Kroger. The workers here are nice and helpful. The Atmosphere: They do their best to keep everything clean and stocked as much as possible. In 2020, when groceries and other items were scarce, I asked an associate which day is the best for restocking and I was told Monday's. That seems to hold true, because every Monday I visit, I notice workers restocking empty shelves with fresh merchandise. Overall, I'm not sure what everyone's issue is with this store, but they've treated me right over the past few years. I look forward to continuing my business with them.

Trying to find pizza crust took me 20 minutes ,even the customer service agents including the customer service manager couldn't seem to help. 15 employees standing around horsing around. I noticed an employee joking around put one of the cleaner bottles by the self check out in front of another employees face like they were going to shoot them in the face with cleaner, and I mentioned to the customer service manager I just saw this and they said "oh teenagers". Saturday sept 17th. 6:10 pm ish.

The store itself is fine. Always clean and well stocked. The gas station is another story. The girl who was working there today is absolutely awful. She was very rude, had a demanding tone and applied fuel points without even having the courtesy to ask if we wanted to use them. Some of us like to save our fuel points until the end of the month. She was too busy talking to someone else the whole time instead of actually doing her job and waiting on customers and giving them her full attention. I will never go back to that gas station because the attendant was such dreadful person. How do awful people like that get jobs? Rude doesn't even begin to describe her snotty attitude.

LONG READ BUT TOTALLY WORTH READING IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! Drive to the loganville or scenic hwy locations !! Idc if you live next door to this Kroger GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This is my first time writing a review for them but this isn't my first time shopping or doing a pickup order here. We stay 7 mins from this Kroger we have lived in the area for 4 years. A friend of mine moved off old loganville rd the previous owners gave her a peace of advice and I'm not even joking when I say they told her not to shop at this location because they're garbage !! I placed an order to be picked from 10am -11am. I got a text that The order time got delayed to 11am-12pm. I sent my husband while I stayed home with the kids. My husband went to pickup our grocery order around 11:20am when I saw on the app it said pickup complete. Very small order which came out to be 7 items instead of 11 bc two things were marked out of stock. He called me at 12:10 saying he was still waiting and had been the only car out there until 5 mins ago. The other person was greeted before my husband and my husband suspected something may have been wrong bc the employee rushed back into the store . The employee came back out with the other persons order and returned back to the store. He never went to greet my husband or ask if he check in ( which he had done before the other car showed up.) If this hasn't convinced you to go elsewhere yet Another reason why you MUST go to another location is because I can 100% promise you at the snellville / loganville locations the employee sees another car and will get you to ask for your name. I have used them before but went with THIS location bc they had a slot left at a preferred time. After maybe 5 mins I'm on the phone with my husband again and he says he's watched two people gets orders and leave. He is still waiting and he's called the number on the sign twice the recording just tells him he's been checked in It's now 12:16pm!!!! I called into the store and spoke with a gentlemen in customer service by the name of James. I immediately ask for a manager /mod . He asked what was it in regards to. I explained my husband is there for a pickup he's watched two other guests show up AFTER him and get their orders. The employees aren't greeting him and he's BEEN checked in. He placed me on hold while he looks into it. After maybe 2-3 minutes he returns to the phone and says he sent the guy out there now with the order. He apologizes and tells me he knows they've been slammed but that's still no excuse . COMPLETE B******* because as I mentioned my husband told me he was the first person there and it seems like the last to get their order. My husband calls me and says an older guy just came out with the order and said to him " oh so you making Frosted Flakes for the super bowl" and walks off Even if he was "trying" to smooth things over that was not how to do it. WHERE IS THE APOLOGY ?! Are you f****** kidding me !!! The people who write good reviews for this location must be paid employees. We never have a good experience we just go bc it's close. It was imperative to write a review since this will be the last time I shop here. I plan to tell anyone I run into about this experience and hope I can save someone from wasting their time. I am passionate when I say I promise I will not ever go here again even if you paid me.

Because I live nearby, I come to this Kroger all the time. It's in a super convenient location. There's never any issues with parking. They usually always have all the necessities that I need to complete my grocery list. I'm always able to find an associate when I need help with anything. The produce is always fresh compared to some of the other locations I've been to. There's never much of a crowd which makes it easy to find what I need and head out. I am highly recommending this location for your everyday needs.

A tag renewal kiosk! Are you kidding me? How awesome is this? Took 5 mins and I renewed 2 cars! No cash , card only and u need your renewal letter. Was $3.95 for this service. Gives your stickers immediately!! My bday in 7 days so I was pushing it lol.

Looks as if this Kroger has decided to follow the Walmart method of checking out. Lines were very long and they only had three people on registers. I don't work go Kroger and they don't give a discount for doing the self check out. It seems a lot of people feel the same way because it had very few people using it. Yes this irritated me.

This location has been going to crap for the last year or so. Today was my last trip to Kroger. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Customer service has no meaning here. Best bet is to take your business anywhere but here.

If I could give it a 0 I honestly would! Some of the staff are really rude I remember I went to go get a beer and it was two minutes before not being able to buy beer the hold Sunday rule, the lady was so rude about it she could've just said I'm sorry I can't sell it to you but No she went on how she couldn't sell it to me and for me not to even bother beg her because she wasn't going to sell it to me and I just looked at her like OK... ? And then I went this week and there's This lady that works in self check out and when I'm telling you she smelled so bad that I had to hold my breath and to me it's very unprofessional that they have somebody that's smells that bad of working their.

I just posted on my FB page about the wonderful and amazing& outside the box customer service I received at this Kroger on Rosebud this past Wednesday. I realized I lost my phone after shopping and leaving the store. I went back in and no phone was turned in so I proceeded to walk and revisit all of the places I went to as I shopped but no phone was found. I walked again around the store and this time asked the man in the meat department if a phone was found and he said no. I went on my way towards the frozen foods when he came behind me and asked me for my # so that he could call the phone and he walked with me as he called to see if we would hear it. After another walk around the store, I thanked Ray and started to leave the store when a lady came over to me to say she will check the store video to see if I was carrying the phone and where I may have left it. Her name is Jocelyn and she was the Assistant Manager! She checked the video for a while and then called me upstairs to look at it and we did not see a phone in my hand. I thanked her for all of her help and left the store to go home and have my son and husband call my phone, hoping it was in my car hiding. Well, we called the phone several times and as usual it went to voicemail. I put my groceries away and tried one more time. Then it happened, someone called me back from my phone and his name was Germaine. He said he was walking into Kroger and heard a phone ringing outside Kroger in a cart. You can imagine my excitement and then I realized just how Blessed I was to have these 3 people do what is not so common at times. Just want everyone to know how special it is to be a customer of this particular Kroger and I hope all of the locals would think about shopping there, if you aren't already. Whether I found the phone or not, I will be forever thankful to the Kroger employees who made me feel great at a tough time. Blessings to Ray & Jocelyn & Germaine....
