This is my second time coming to this location and both times I’ve had to wait an unreasonable amount of time waiting for my food that I ordered online. There are people standing outside and it’s very crowded on the inside. It’s very clear that there’s not enough workers at this establishment to handle to kind of traffic. I’d rather spend more money elsewhere in exchange of better service and to receive my food at a more reasonable amount of time. This is ridiculous.
I paced my order and the girl who waited on me said it would be ten to fifteen minutes wait. It was more like thirty minutes with no AC. After she took my order she disappeared to the back. Other customers coming in had to wait while those preparing pizzas had to do double duty. One customer who was waiting on to place an order left because no one up front to take her order.
