Great place for the family to eat some quality pies. I would highly recommend the Pepperoni Magnifico, All Meat, and for aesthetics the Philly, Chicken Fresco, and Grilled Chicken Florentine.Vegetarian options: Pizza without any meats. Veggie Pizzas, cauliflower crust, and cheese sticks.Parking: It's in the vicinity of Kroger.

Im not sure how far this review will reach but my intent is to reach owner i just have single complain , who in the world of food thought you as pizza maker to usecanned mushrooms on the pizza? That is wrong on so many levels . Let me be descriptive , canned mushrooms have no texture , taste sour, full of juice from the can if i wanted sour pizza i would make my own stop being cheap and invest in quality toppings you are finnaly starting to be different from other pizza places and than theres canned mushroom come on ... its eddible dont get me wrong but it can never come miles close to fresh cut up mushrooms . I hope that this review reaches right ears and changes are made cause what seperates good from great are small things .

Called in an order and the total was $43 and I told them I had a $50 cash to pay and they didn’t say anything until order was ready to be picked up. Kaylee was extremely rude and said that they don’t take bills larger than $50’s however that was not posted anywhere in the restaurant and she said the owner took it down. Kaylee referred me to go Nextdoor to get change from Kroger which was not an option since I had children in the car waiting for food. When we weren’t going anywhere (kind of like Kaylee’s career) we decided to leave the restaurant and upon leaving the other employee Caden decided he wanted to make a cat hissing noise and didn’t think I heard it. I called back up there and spoke with Kaylee again and she hung up on me after I questioned her competency to even answer the phones correctly and what their procedures were as she continuously struggled to speak like she had a 2nd grade education and couldn’t use her big girl words. I then spoke with the manager Jerome who apologized and reitereted the policy and said he would bring it up to his supervisor to have it added back into the restaurant to avoid situations like that in the future and was going to work with training his team. Horrible experience and to expect someone to go get change for ur establishment is not acceptable, if u can’t manage counting a register to know if u have change or not then u probably can’t count how many toppings go on a pizza. Kaylee’s qualifications might be better used at the unemployment office. It’s painstaking to give them a 1 star when they truly deserve a 0!

This is the worst place to get food at. I ordered previously here and my sub had way too much vinegar. It tasted like if I was drinking vinegar alone,Nasty. Then I decided to give this place another chance, so I bought 4 subs,12 wings of Buffalo and lemon pepper. The wings were the size of an . (So small and I was missing 1 wing) Secondly, the subs that I bought had HAIR in them. I am disgusted. If I could get a refund I would. Please save you're money guys. I would rather eat cereal than eat here. How are you going to contact me? I have the disgusting pictures of your food with hair

Pizza was over two hours late. Manager said he would credit us 50% off. They did not, called back they did it would take a few more days. Never happened.

The owner fussed at me because I went in and used the restroom without asking him. I was so shocked. I told him I had an emergency. He didn't care hollering that it was private property and it wasn't a public restroom and I should ask. I usually go to this Marco's for my pizza. When I told him he just lost a customer, he told me he didn't care. What a jerk!! BTW, I saw no sign stating you couldn't use the restroom!

I wish I could give 0 stars. 1) plain cheese pizza tastes WORSE than Lil’ Caesar’, and that is putting it mildly. The crust tastes like cornmeal, there is barely no sauce and the cheese tastes like plastic. 2) The BBQ wings taste like straight up VINEGAR. I ordered food a couple of times from them in the past and it has gotten progressively worse. So I spent $50 and will now eat cereal for dinner. Everything is expensive so save your money!!

Please teach your employees to count change back. I handed a younger gentleman 20.04 purposely to get back 4 ones and zero change. he took 3 minutes longer to figure out what change to give back and still gave me back 3.96.Why do so many not know how to count correctly??And he had a vape on the counter and was hitting it as he walked around in the back before checking people out?? 12/24/2023 6:20 pm.

So today I decided to get Marco's Pizza BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni. So the young girl at the counter opens the box to show me the pizza, I then noticed there were mushrooms on my pizza. So I ask her what is that on the pizza that doesn't look like cheese. She responds oo thats's mushrooms (extremely nonchalant) I said I did not order a mushroom pizza. So her response oo its not really a lot I said Ok but if a person is allergic to mushrooms that's definitely not ok. Y'all have to make this over. Then asked to speak to the manager. She walks away takes my pizza to the manager who looks at the pizza and laughs. (Young male) I said ooo so this sh*t is funny. You could potentially kill someone and its a joke. Then she goes well you didn't tell us you have a food allergy. Yea I did not however I'm telling you now so Im confused where is the damn disconnect! Little miss red hair in the back who apparently her name is Sandra proceeds to go on and on about how oo well I said we can take it off we don't need to remake a whole pizza. I make pizza's all day and I have to use the same cutting knife so sometimes a piece of food can get on another pizza it's not that serious. So I then said clearly you don't understand how a fu*king allergy works! You can't just peel it off and there it is you need to make the damn pizza over! (Even another customer in the shop was like yea you have to make it over) Like seriously do y'all not train these kids on cross contamination like I'm confused or did that go out the window So then we get into oo well you are going to have to wait another 6 minutes if you want your pizza clearly I wan the damn pizza. Marco's Pizza you hire these young kids to work in your family owned establishment who clearly need a proper course in customer service. Not once did they apologize for their mistake nor did they take ownership. Not once did they offer to make the pizza over until I asked them to. Back in my day when I worked in fast food we had respect for the customers who came into our stores to spend their money. Our store managers held us to a certain standard. This kids today displayed no respect for your establishment nor did they take any pride in their place of work! Miss red head should definitely go back to food handler training 101! Your gloves become soiled they need to be changed! You should be changing your gloves every 2 hours after continuous use! After each pizza has been cut there should be a cleaning cloth near by to clean after each cut! IF there so happens to be cross contamination which can be likely while handling food the item is to be prepared AGAIN! Trinity, Kaylie, Sandra and whatever the male manager was on shift this evening need to be held accountable for the BS because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! This is a family establishment I came here because my children loves the pizza. NEXT TIME I WILL GLADLY TAKE THE DRIVE TO GRAYSON!
