The service was great friendly staff the food was ok could have been hotter but it was still good. The place was a little dirty that why I couldn't do 5 stars. But I think it was more lack of help because I have been there before and it was great.

Food tasted old. Walked in, and no one was upfront. Saw a lady standing in the back and called out. She did apologize for the wait but also said she was on break and someone else was supposed to be at the front. Restaurant needs a deep cleaning. They might want to hire an outside service to clean and pressure wash.

Ordered online last night through GrubHub. I ordered ground beef and what I got was definitely something else. I'm going to guess pork? Or roast? I'm not sure but it doesn't belong on a burrito I will tell you that much. Also stated that I wanted salsa 3 different times and I did not receive any salsa. Beware if you order online you will not get what you order.

If this was my first time eating Moe’s, I’d never eat it again.We just moved to the area, so this is our first time trying this Moe’s, and we decided to do takeout.They forgot multiple ingredients in our bowls. They even forgot our cup of Queso.At $4.99 a cup, that was a bit annoying.The worst thing about it was the rice. Every bite that had rice in it was so crunchy it was impossible to eat. Every. Single. Bite. I ended up picking out the chicken and some of the lettuce the best I could, but didn’t even finish my bowl.My husband said they weren’t busy when he went in to pick it up, which makes it that much worse.

I came into this location on December 15th to get some food and I was greeted by a woman cleaning up the store as it was nearing the time for them to close. I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind and helpful and pretty much working by herself because the other employees weren’t doing anything. She had to walk all the way around to help me when two other men were also on the shift with her. Other guests came into the store and when I left she was still the only one doing anything. Whatever your name was you are awesome and keep up the good work! Will definitely be back!

The Loganville store is disgusting, the store needs closed and a pressure washer used on the floors and walls, the store is filthy. The food was not good at all, tasted sour. I will not return.

This location is trash. One guy on his phone. The next guy playing with his hair. They were out of Tofu, veggies and roasted corn. I was asked if I wanted them to make it. Why ask when you should have those items already prepared. They seemed annoyed to have to cook at 6:20 when they don’t close until 9pm. The dining room was filthy. Every table was dirty. It’s really sad how lazy all three young guys were to let this restaurant be in the state it was in.

Just left an hr ago had to eat something else. If anybody know me ill choose moe’s before chipotle any day but sadly today i was wrong. At this location my steak bowl was nasty, not only that i wasted a %50 off a bowl offer coupon on the meal that i threw away, everything is expensive but i will not eat anything that doesn’t smell right or taste right. Nice employee’s but food was nasty. Wish I can get my %50 offer back.

It has been awhile since I last visited the location. Service has declined terribly. Server was nice but not dressed appropriately, shorts and tee, nothing indicating he was an employee. Our food was sub par at best. Flavor was ok, but the tortilla was equivalent to a wet paper towel, all of the ingredients were piled rather than spread and fell out of the bottom. Guess it will be quite sometime before I go back for another visit.

I wanted a good crisp taco. I still do. The mess I got at Moe’s vaguely resembled a taco, but the “crispy” shell was soggy and unappetizing. I asked for shredded lettuce and black olives on my tacos. There was no shred of lettuce or so much as an olive pit. There were generous—much too generous—portions of black beans and rice. I could tell which was which by the size and color. Certainly not by the taste because there was none. The pico de gallo was actually chopped tomatoes. I spotted three or four pieces of onion and an equal number of tiny green fragments of something that could have been cilantro, but I won’t swear to it. Still, that was the tastiest part of the whole thing. The tacos I make are vastly superior to those I bought at Moe’s. I just didn’t want to prepare them. Next time, I will.

I will never return to this place again. I just requested that the employee preparing my food to place my meal in a bowl and was told that I was "asking too much for someone who did not tip." Of course, after spending $17 on a single meal, I was irritated by the remark. When I requested to talk with the manager, the employee called the manager but began yelling over me as I attempted to explain the problem to the manager. Nothing was done by the manager to deescalate the situation. While we were talking, the employee became enraged and demanded that I leave the business. However, I asked the manager if I had to leave, and she said "no."This enraged the employee even more, and he decided to call police on me. I was so dissatisfied with the situation that I asked the manager for a refund. When I told her I was going to call corporate, her answer was, "I don't know why you would report me because I didn't do anything." She never apologized for anything that happened. She let the employee stay in the front and antagonize the situation and call the police. This is sad as I was unaware that the amount of tip I gave what determines the quality of the service I received.

Well u would thank rice cost as much as gold all I eat on a burrito is chicken rice and cheese I asked for to scoops and they said it is extra but if I would have gotten ever single thing on the bar it would have been the same price but rice is so expensive they now have to charge extra the people that work there are very rude and act like they have better things to do my food was cold and tastes like it had been there a while I would not recommend at all find some where else to buy a burrito I know I shure will

Have visited this location quiet a few times now only to remain disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality and quantity of food as well as the quality of the service. (The burrito was smaller than my hand)
