Why I can’t get the chow mein without cabbage if i wait for a fresh batch? Why to get rewards I have to buy 2/ entree plates and still come within the 2 days when i only come and get one meal when i do come? That’s too much!!

I went to order one entree, two apple pies spring rolls, and a drink, yesterday through the drive through. The cashier told me it was a 5 minute rate, I stated that was fine. She asked me to park at the corner, and I did. 5 minutes passed, 10 minutes passed, and then it was 20 minutes later and still no food. I went in because maybe they forgot about me, but no they were still saying oh a little longer. I asked for a refund , she replied oh we can't give you a refund and asked if I wanted something different. That particular item Is the only thing I like from there, so I said no, I just want my refund. I said you told me 5 minutes. She was like we had a Catering order to come in. That's when I lost it. This is not a small business, the money that a "•small" catering event will make for a million dollar business is nothing compared to the daily customers who visit the restaurant. Basically I felt that we didn't matter because only catering orders matter. It is not good business practices to make customers who come in/ drive thru to feel like their service isn't valued or just as important. Also, how can you not give out refunds when the sign on the window said if you don't get your receipt, you get a refund. Doesn't a receipt come after you pay? Wouldn't they have to charge you before not receiving a receipt to get the refund? I won't be returning to a business that tells me my business isn't important. Also, the appl pie rolls were sooo cold.

They rarely ever have the sweet and fire chicken. And when they do it's usually 50% not chicken or hard pieces.Their noodles have way too much cabbage/lettuce in them and for some reason last time we went there was pieces of celery in them (maybe missed before but never had that in my noodles before) please use less veggies in the noodles. Also the teriyaki chicken was very fatty.But the apple pie dumplings were amazing

Apple Pie Roll, my first and last. Nothing like the ad. Measures between 3/4 and 1 inch in diameter with several layers of dough. Can't get many apples in that. Cost $2.00. Panda better come up with another dessert. Honey walnut shrimp costs 1.50 more but you only get 6.

I was disappointed with the flavor and temperature of the food, very bland and on the cool side. I had fried rice, chicken egg roll and cream cheese Rangoon. If I didn't eat the egg roll in the car it would have been cold by the time I got home. The fried rice had no flavor. Drive through service was good. Did not go in.

WHOEVER WAS COOKING ON 12/15 AT LUNCHTIME, please keep doing it!! This was THE BEST orange chicken I've had from this location by far. It wasn't soggy whatsoever, the chicken was juicy and the flavor was amazing.

I visited this location today at 7:00 and ordered a family meal with rice and chow mein. The chow mein had more onions than noodles. Totally unacceptable!
