This place has changed so much. Food is not as great as it used to be. It's also getting too pricey. Keeps changing.

This is by far the cleanest and most friendly and yummy Panera in and around Loganville. Zamaira (I hope I spelt that correctly) is very sweet and great at customer service.

Previously, this location struggled quite a bit with staffing and consistently having to correct orders. Over time, they’ve really stepped up their game and management appears to be more involved in making sure the staff is on top of things and customers are satisfied. Well done!

This location should take lessons from the Snellville Georgia location. You're always out of something and the young lady behind the counter acted like I was ruining her day by walking through the front door. The last several times i have been there, I was told you could not make me a bacon and egg croissant because y'all didn't make any croissants that day. Today you had no orange juice. Seems kind of turb I know, but when there's a grocery store less than a mile from you and you're open for breakfast, it would make sense that if you ran out of your own juice, you would run down to the grocery store and pick up some. Oh well I'll make the drive up to Snellville because they know what they're doing .

I would definitely visit this location again. At the time they have a 91 food score. The food was fresh and good.

I had never been to Panera Bread until I went with my daughter in California. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go to the one near my home in Loganville, GA. I went through the drive through and picked up a 1/2 Steak and White Ceddar Cheese sandwich ($9.49) and a Carmel Latte ($4.99). When I got home I opened the bag and took out the sandwich. It was about 2 1/2 long and looked like two piece of bread without any ingredients. I opened it up and it had one small piece of very thin sliced meat that was not as big as the bread and had very little cheese. The steak looked like about a half of a steakumm. The Carmel Latte was so full of ice and whipped cream that i drank it all in about 3 or 4 sips. So disappointed. I would have taken it back but I was on crutches and already at home. I don’t mind paying for good food and appropriate portions but this was a total ripoff.

I went here on Sunday morning I dealt with the manager. She was the most unorganized & rudest person I've ever met. If you continue having people like this you would definitely have to close down. She threw my food down and never called me for my food. She claimed there was no name on the order. Even though I paid with my credit card and the cash register address me by my name. Half of my order was missing and it was given on the same plate as another order. I didn't know Panera started combining food orders on one plate to save dishes. As a loyal customer at a Panera for many years. I was very disappointed with this one and will not be returning to this Panera ever again!! I wish that I could give them a -5 star!!!

This is the 5th time my husband and I have been here and they have gotten our orders wrong and the coffee is always cold. We love the soufflé but we don't eat meat, and they've given us the soufflé with bacon! That's against our religion to eat bacon. All they did was give us a new soufflé.

Food is ok sometimes but they LITERALLY are always out of bread, ironically it's called Panera bread but should change it to just Panera because there is no bread.
