If I could give this place less than 1 on customer service I would. I walked in and no one greeted me and just looked at me. I waited about 10 minutes before someone came to greet me. Then I was sat at a sticky table. When I asked to move to a booth, I was told yes by one waitress and a was yelled at no by another waitress. Horrible experience

Went to Philanthropy Grill for lunch and they did not disappoint! I had the Haddock fish and chips and a Peach Crown Royal lemonade. The fish and fries were seasoned just right, the coleslaw was good, but babayyy that Peach Lemonade was the bomb! The young lady that waited on us was exceptional in making sure we were ok. I love the ambiance of the restaurant and they even have outside seating for you and your fur babies! I think I've found me a new spot!

Brunch on Sunday. Had steak and eggs, the steak is tender and delicious. Hubby had brisket and hash bowl and loved it. Service and atmosphere great, as always. Ordered their award winning wings to go, for later

Not a quiet spot. This bar and grill is in my neighborhood, it's been many things, so we thought we'd give it a try. Nothing about the decor has changed. The food is average. Portions are large. It is family oriented. We sat next to two large groups of about six adults and 12 kids. (This adds to the noise level, but it's not the cause of it.) Paige was an attentive waitress and the food came quickly and hot. We started with an appetizer, hummus. It came with pita chips and fresh veggies. The hummus was nice. The pita chips were a little heavy and greasy, but the fresh veggies were crisp. Hubby ordered the grilled chicken plate with broccoli and a side salad. Simple, and edible. I had the london fish and chips and the portion looked huge, mainly because it is over breaded. The cook on the fish was perfect. Fries were spot on, and the coleslaw was very good. There are a lot of restaurants in the area to try, so we won't be coming back soon. But if you have family and friends in town and want a simple and quick place to go, this is it.

I got the Michael Burger and added bacon jam onto it. I go to Philanthropy often and always get their burgers. It's usually really good but it depends on the cook, and sometimes I've received a well done burger when I've asked for Medium. Overall, my experience had been pretty good. Their service is good and the ambiance isn't bad.

Decided to take my oldest Daughter here on 3/39/24. It was a nice vibe as soon as I walked in. Our server, Molly was outstanding. She was very attentive, even though she was working multiple tables. My Daughter ordered fried green tomatoes for appetizer, and the high desert burger. I chose the London style fish and chips. The fish was huge, I didn't notice until we were about to leave, something on the table that said 1/2 size fish and chips. I'll opt for that when I go back. I did notice the batter on the fried green tomatoes, and fish had a little heat kick to it, so might want to be cautious for kids, but it was nothing outrageous. They had a variety of music from Kiss (my favorite rock group), to Ray Charles. I would highly recommend you try this place, and ask for Molly.

Four of us went for lunch on a Friday; none of us had been there before. Abbie our server was so nice and gave exceptional service. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and they play the best music (during our meal the music was 70's and 80's- Abbie said they do change the music depending on the clientele). The food was amazing!!! I had the grilled chicken breast with cole slaw and mashed potatoes, all was delish! We shared a plate of fried mushrooms, so yum!!! We cannot wait to go again, awesome restaurant!
