I will speak on today’s experience because usually I don’t have an issue. The last couple of times I ordered from here I had no complaints. But today I was very disappointed especially since I was craving Pizza Hut pizza. I normally order the Big New Yorker but today thats not what I got. This pizza was giving thin crust vibes. The pizza was crunchy, thin, dry (there was no pull to the cheese), and clearly over baked.Usually the 6 XL slices cut in half to make 12 slices suffices for my family, I’m good with one XL slice but today I was left disappointed and hungry.
The people were nice, but everyone in my household was sick AF for the rest of the week after eating at this location.

Ordered delivery like I do 99% of the time. Food, delivery time and service was great. The online ordering experience took an exceedingly long time and was very frustrating.
I will never eat at this location ever again my pizza was not cooked I had to put it back in the oven when I got it. I was very upset.

Where do I even start I order over 2 hours ago just to never get my food nor did I get a refund for my purchase this is ridiculous and embarrassment of a franchise if it wasn’t for me finding something to eat me and my 3 year old would have to starve this doesn’t make any sense to
There is only one person here today working his tail off. Never once got upset with anyone. He deserves a raise more then anything. He is one of the managers. If I were yall would make him the store manager he is the best and can really do some cooking. I don't know his name but he is a Mexican man . Picked up a 3 topping pan pizza yesterday. It was DELICIOUS, hot and on time!! One of the best pizzas we've had in a long time!! Ordered online, paid and it was ready when we arrived.
