Took the kiddos out to our favorite restaurant in Loganville Sunday night and was warmly greeted by the host, who wasted no time showing us to our table. We’re a big party pack of a family so we ordered a couple of sampler platters to munch on. I was swindled into ordering the Sunday Funday Long Island Ice tea and might I say it was worth it! Sheila was mixing it up something fierce, she mixed it up so nice for me I got two! Matt took great care of us, offered up several delicious options and we landed on the famous Ruby Tuesday Ribs and might I say chef kiss cause they were to die for. Half way through our meal we had the pleasure of meeting Jack, I noticed him working hard talking to tables and getting them cleaned for guests. Even though he was busy he still took the time to introduce himself. And remembered all 5 of my kids names. This really was a great dinner out with the family. We will be back! Until next time .

I usually don't take this route because I never want to truly believe it's true. After a long days work, I walked into this establishment and was asked by Ashton to wait at the front while he cleaned a table for me across from the bar. After waiting for some time, a Caucasian couple walked in and proceeded to be seated at the table that had been cleaned. Ashton came and stated to me "Right this way." To my attention, the couple was sitting at the table that was cleaned for me as he proceeded to sit me at an unclean table and neither did he bother to clean it. I then asked Ashton "Which table did you clean"? He stated "That one" meaning the table the couple is currently sitting at. I asked Ashton "Why would you sit someone else at the table and if that's the case, why didn't you wipe off the table you have decided to now seat me at"? He simply just looked at me. The couple heard my concern and moved to another booth. The waitress, Victoria came over and asked for my order. I asked her if I could speak with the supervisor/manager on duty. Jack, the supervisor came to speak to me and was very nonchalant, stating he really didn't see what the problem was but will speak with Ashton and get back to me in a few after speaking to him. Let me say Jack never came back and had Victoria, the waitress ask me if I wanted dessert on the house. No. I don't want dessert at all! I want genuine customer service just as any other person. I came with intentions to pay for my meal in full without any discounts. I think we have truly gotten away from treating others with respect, value and overall equality. If no one ever walked into my establishment, I would not get paid. I don't wake up every morning to work hard at my place of employment to spend my money with establishments of this caliber. We have to do better with knowing who to hire, who to let go, who is damaging our establishments and when training in necessary in order to run a successful business. I will never visit not only this establishment but no other Ruby Tuesday location in this state or country ever again.

I wish other Ruby Tuesday locations were as good as this Loganville Ga location. The portion sizes ordered are correct. I ordered the double chicken breast with the bacon, cheese, and portobello mushroom dish; along with a double veggie order of the grilled zucchini. It's always the correct size portions. When we go to TN I'm disappointed nearly every time. The chicken breast is cut in half to look like 2 (unless they are using chicken tenders or Cornish game hens), and the double order of zucchini is about 9 quarter size pieces, and the mushrooms are tiny diced sized pieces that can all fit on one spoon. Very disappointing.

The food was okay. My husband really liked the salad bar. The floor was sticky, and the table was not very clean, which made the whole place seem unclean. The atmosphere is dark, with boards for all of the drinks; it's more suited for a bar. The service could have been better, since there weren't many people there, but I think there was only one server. If we didn't have a gift card, it would not be a place I would choose to eat.

I stopped in for dinner after work and had a great meal. Jake was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The food was delicious, and this will be one of my go to spots after work from now on.
We just moved to the area and this was our first time at this location. The food was amazing. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. Our server Matt made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Not a good experience! Food was horrible, salad bar has gone down in quality and was barely stocked. Waiter was super slow and there were hardly any customers inside. We won’t be back.
Everything was great until I'm not sure if it was a coworker or mananger, who I felt spoke harshly to an employee. I don't feel like that was the place for raised voices. This could have been done in the kitchen or back somewhere out of customers sight. This act had made my mother upset as well.No complaints about the food or establishment.
