This location is a joke. The employees have no idea what they are doing and have the worst customer service manners. Over the course of coming to this location for 4 years I have yet to encounter an employee that doesn’t have an attitude or even knows about the specials Smoothie King advertises through email.

I would reccomended that the employees are provided with more exchage uniform. I went to this place today March 15, 2024 and 3 out 4 employees have shirts and pants with spilled juice and stain from the fruits and It doesn't give a good image. People preparing food have to be clean in order to prevent food contamination. Give them aprons so they don't have to dirty their clothes. Also, there were no bags or cup holders.
