“Previously, this location struggled quite a bit with staffing and consistently having to correct orders. Over time, they’ve really stepped up their game and management appears to be more involved in making sure the staff is on top of things and customers are satisfied. Well done!“
“I went here for Onam and the food was simply delicious! So much variety and everything was prepared exceptionally well. I had two full plates - not because I was even hungry for two plates, but because the food options were just that good.The owner is a really kind and approachable man, as well, making for a great experience. The restaurant did get a bit warm during our visit. I don't know if the AC was out or what, but it did get toasty and it made us want to leave after a while. Despite that, though, it didn't ruin our experience and I would 100% go again!This place has food that reminds you so much of Kerala, you can't pass it up. ?“
“I placed a pick up order for my husband and I last night after Pho Sang’s popped up on my query for vegan options near by.Based on the positive reviews and availability of a vegan banh mi, I was excited to try them out. We ordered the veggie sandwich, pork sandwich, 3 protein pad Thai and the tofu fried rice. Everything was delicious. They have a separate vegan menu which made ordering easier with dietary restrictions. I’m glad to have tried the restaurant on a whim and we will be back for more.Thank you for a great first experience!“
“The food, service, and experience were fantastic. Derek, our waiter was spot on. The only negative was that some clean up needed to happen. The carpet was dirty with crumbs and paper...and there are food splatters on the wall at our booth. Maybe they are short staffed? But the food was perfect!“
“I just want to let you know that I can tell in the difference with management here. I had the pleasure to speak with Mrs. Debbie one of the managers on duty yesterday. She was very kind, helpful and when it wasn’t busy she was cleaning tables and throwing trash away! The way she moved around the store connecting with other customers really made me feel great! Thank you Panera for the new leadership you have at the Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd Location. In the past I didn’t get that kind and warm interaction from management.“
“I have come to this location a couple of times. The food has always been good, but I will say this past experience ordering from the kiosk was not so great. The buttons were difficult to push, I didn’t get a receipt (which made me anxious), and the text I was supposed to get when my order was ready didn’t show up until an hour after I’d left. I don’t recommend using the kiosk to order! My order was incorrect, but luckily, a paper did come with it to show what I ordered and they corrected it with no problem and weren’t rude at all. The staff aren’t particularly warm and friendly, but not unpleasant either, and with the staffing issues surrounding most food places now, I can’t say I blame them. They are completely overwhelmed - especially at times like lunch rush.“
“I have enjoyed most everything I have eaten here and they have a pretty wide selection of different cusines. Their Chinese food is really good, crispy when it should be, and has flavorful sauces. The Thai food is decent and the best I've had locally. I'm used to more spice, but my aunt is Thai, so I'm partial.Service is usually quick and friendly.I'd recommend this place and will be a frequent customer.“
