This is a well kept Subway. The employees were kind and efficient. The store was very clean. I don't usually go out of my way to go to Subway, but this one might change that for me.

I received a cupon for get two footlongs for $12.99 the owner of this particular brach told the employees not to accept coupons unless they are for cookies. Unbelievable! This franchise doesn't accept coupons that corporate has send to customers!

There is mold in ice machine, the condiment containers and in the bread. The refrigerator are turned off at night so all the meats are under temperature regulations. This they serve to you with no problem. The owner does not care about the customers or workers. Tried to complain & was shooed out the store. So, corporate will be called!!! I was told Stan is the owner. Well, they will get an earful. This place is disgustingly dirty. Just look under the chips and in the crevices of the counter. It is gross!!

I used to work hear and there is a lot I could say. Going back to this store only 3 months after I was fired for something I couldn't control. Just to see how bad the store is doing and how they aka stan aka the owner needs good employees back is truly sad.First off no one seems to follow rules I'd cleaning or even sanitizing. Almost everywhere is dirty and good forbid you use the bathroom.(I'll attach pictures once I go back )Secondly the staff other than my former manager Nick leisure. Other than him everyone else needs to be looked at or restrained. Subway isn't that hard and it's not hard to wash your hands after touching the cash register.Lastly, the food. Omfg the food is bad. Almost all the time I go in it looks old or like it need to be replaced. It just never is and sometimes the bread is far to hard.If you like subway just go to the once near Kroger . It reopened and is much better than this filthy place.

Used to work here and I will say this place is DISGUSTING and the owner cares about nothing but money. If the drawer was short, he'd literally make us give our earned tips to make up for it.The lobby is never cleaned, floors are almost never mopped, bathrooms are not cleaned properly, nothing is washed or sanitized correctly. I'm honestly surprised it's still allowed to be open.There are roach traps in the back, mold in the corners, and the fridge and freezer aren't EVER cleaned out. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE FOOD POISONING.

After a few of my favorite people either left or got fired for what I was told was garbage reasons.Regradless these new people are genuinely disgusting with their attitude and behavior. Touching register and money with gloves on and then not washing hands or changing gloves. Soft spoken and can't speak up.Won't be coming back to this location and it's especially disgusting in the lobby.

Great service for a night shift but oh no coming in a few days ago and the new people are horrid. I can stand the unprofessional way they speak and act. It's annoying and disgusting.Jersey Mike's or even firehouse sub has better quality service.
Gloves are not a catch-all. You don't wear gloves and touch the cash register and then go make sandwiches. Watched her ring up a customer and then go stick her hand in the lettuce to make a sandwich. Wash your hands and put on new gloves!

Miles and Nick are some of the nicest and genuinely funny people I have met while getting my BMT. Which was made with care and during lunch time. Great place for kids and also a great place to get a lunch or nightly meal. Would recommend going during the day because night staff seems to not want to work.Kid-friendliness: Extremely friendly and takes their time with kids and young teens.

Server 68 should not be in customer service. I’ve been going to this Subway for years. Server 68 would not let me substitute a drink for milk. He told me with a very rude attitude stating “I would let you have it this time” after I asked him what is the policy. I always substitute a drink for milk. This guy is bad news for customer service at this subway or and service dealing with the public. This should never happen.Kid-friendliness: Server 68 should not be in customer service. I’ve been going to this Subway for years. Server 68 would not let me substitute a drink for milk. He told me with a very rude attitude stating “I would let you have it this time” after I asked him what is the policy. I always substitute a drink for milk.
