I went to order my kids dinner tonight after work an hour before they close and they told me they couldn’t do 50 nuggets with 1 hour still open… as a working single mom this is ridiculous your restaurant is a joke and not worth the 70-90$ I spend monthly keep your over price food and bad customer service

The only restaurant in Loganville that will put napkins in your bag. Not just fast food but any restaurant with takeout or drive thru. Thank you for thinking of peoples cleanliness especially after Covid. Your competitors (Every Single One of Them) do not care.

Haven't been in years due to so many issues. Tried it again with the new app. Went inside and their app only allows one redemption at a time. So we split the order into two. Keep in mind we had not yet paid. I hear the cook line mouthing off about order changes and how many times is she expected to make the same thing. Rather disrespectful and definitely disruptive to the counter end. We paid and accepted the food. Nowhere near like it used to be with the fresh burger corners sticking out the edges of the bun. Now the bun is bigger than the meat and the burger is not the same. Fries were still the same. Nothing to be impressed by in flavor. The mouth on the line cooks, and the manager who clearly permitted it, and not one apology to the customers leaves a lot to be desired. The high star rating is being generous.

Had many late night trips to Wendy’s when everything else was closed. I always got the 4 for $4s or $5 Biggie Bags & upgraded them to Large drinks & Large fries. It’s only like $1 each. The Baconator combos are good too.Usually got 1 each for the kids & 2 each for the adults. One time when we had friends & family over, I pre-ordered through the app cause it was a big order but the two that work the windows most nights are always fantastic!Even though it was a large order & I had to be “that person”… they had everything ready pretty fast & were very friendly about it as they always have been when I come through.We have limited choices for food in downtown Loganville late at night & so we all end up in line at either Wendy’s or Taco Bell.Typically we choose Wendy’s. Better service & food every time.

Robin was the manager on night shift for this location. As me and my wife proceeded to the drive thru we reminded them that 2 weeks ago they forgot our nuggets in our children’s biggie bag. Over the intercom they told us that they had a 10 piece for us and we said ok. Robin than came to window and stated that last time it was a 5 piece out of biggie bag and won’t be giving the 10 pice because she just wanted to get it right. I explained to her that previous time it wasn’t right and that she came to window aggressively telling us that we should be getting exactly what they had missed before. Unfortunately the intercom who took order asked us if we wanted 10 piece nugget and we said yes that was ok. She wanted to flex her manager card, and correct the customer. We told her how this was an inconvenience from previous & made us feel like we were in wrong for accepting 10 piece they offered. Management needs training. At that point I wouldn’t be trying to tell customer “I’m trying to get it right” after employee already offered 10 piece to begin with. Insult to injury this time fries are cold! Service needs work and manger needs to be trained how to deal with small inconveniences like this and handle from the front. Thanks Robin!

my mom and i ordered in the drive thru and the manager was the one taking our order. not only was she cutting us off while we were ordering, but she was also talking so weird to the point where you couldn’t understand her. once we got the total, we knew it wasnt right. when we got the food, we checked to see if everything was right, and it wasnt. when we tried to ask about this not only did the manager ignore us, but she also didnt even apologize, rushed us out of the way, and didnt do ANYTHING about it.(she also called me a “he” even though i was wearing pink clothes AND TALKING)
