I called to place an order and I spoke to the employee twice and he still speak back. So I asked him do your not gonna speak and he didn’t say anything. So I told him since he can’t speak he can keep his pizza. I highly recommend they get some customers service training and stop hiring everyone.

I always have great service! This is the best pizza hut ive ever ate at. And ive lived in 5 different states and had pizza hutbin everyone of them. This is by far the best one. Always fresh and hot. Well seasoned wings as well.

If you place an online order make SURE you get what you ordered. Just ordered 3 large pizzas and gut 3 medium pizzas. Their information in the store showed medium but online order receipt shows large, just like was ordered. Local management said to call corporate. Corporate said they could do something about it in 2 - 3 days. Local store did offer to make an additional medium to help out. Pizza Hut carry out will disappear before long, too, at this rate. No dine in stores around any more due to poor service.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This location has screwed up my order TWICE now and closed earlier than i was advised. The first time my order was screwed up, I placed it over the phone with Zach. HE REPEATED MY ORDER TO ME! Got to the store to pick up our food and was informed that if i wanted what i ordered that i had to wait another 20-30 minutes for it to be done (despite being about 15 min later than quoted time). Anyway fast forward to tonight, ordered, was told 10-20 min, got there 10 min later than the quoted time, and was informed my order was cancelled because they were out of medium pizzas, stuffed crust pizzas, and pan pizzas (ironic since they make their dough in store). The "MOD" (i am assuming) stated she called me 4x before cancelling the order (BS! NOT ONE CALL WAS RECEIVED! PHONE NEVER RANG!) Zach was there and he pulled up where she supposedly tried to call me on their caller ID and said "corporate can see that we tried to call". I said I didn't care if they could see it or not because I could prove I didn't receive any calls from them. I was told that it would be a week before I received a refund and then when I was walking through the door to leave and the "MOD" mumbled something, but it was almost 10 pm, we had worked all day long in the heat, had JUST gotten back into town from 2 hours away and had 4 kids to feed. I didn't cook before leaving because we planned pizza night like we normally do when we make these business trips. Well, from here on I will take a few extra minutes to eat dinner before going. I had to come home at 10 pm and throw something together so my family could eat. Oh, and still had to be up early the next morning! I have contacted corporate and I will NEVER utilize this pizza hut again. I will throw together butter sandwiches before I will EVER EVER EVER use this store again!
