Both times I went they were very rude and always got my.order wrong . I ordered a number 13 and it was suppose to be the chili dog bit this is what I got instead, chicken strips that were cold

This is the worst dairy queen I have ever been to not only was My food Cold and the ice cream was pretty much melted when I got it they where rude as can be when I asked for them to fix my order when they where the ones to mess it up and all they did was take the onions off the burger I am allergic to onions so my face still swelled up like a ballon becarful going to this one they really suck all the way around

To be honest the food isn’t nasty it’s just depends who’s in the kitchen like the employee with the nose ring knows wht he’s doin everything but the one loud lady who always complain that works in the kitchen needs to just do her job sometime and just be quiet but she was nice to my kid though I’ll give her that.

Horrible service I tried to order the chocolate utopia that's not on the menu any more and the manager told me he can't make any special accommodations because Dairy Queen doesn't do that anymore and he would fire the person making those accommodations I been coming to dairy for years since I was a kid I'm 30 years old now I have never been treated so poorly at a Dairy Queen stay away From this location until they fire the manager older rude man I think he's Arabic not sure

I only get the ice cream and deserts there I wish they would make their banana splits like they use to,I realize they're a franchise, but you'd think dairy queen would want them to keep up their ingredients,style and what got them to be famous, their meals take a century for them to make and that's why you wait forever getting thru the drive thru just for an ice cream, people! Go somewhere else to order food thru the drive thru, this is a dairy queen,the people behind you just want to grab ice cream not wait hours for you to order dinner for your entire family!!

One start for management customer service practice. I filled out a survey based on the website given on a receipt from the powder, Springs location. Nothing on the receipt, nothing on the survey or the website indicated that it was only for the Powder a Springs location. I had made my order and the manager refused to accept the coupon. This is terrible customer service. The workers are very nice. My final thought is that it is either a dairy, queen or it is not. If there is no statement on the receipt or the website, each business bearing that name should except the coupon.

I go to drive through around 8:30 pm on Wednesday 9/20/23. The light was out. I pull to the window ask if they were closed...No he said. Then I get these fries for the child. Really. i ask all parent, grandparents, baby sitters, etc. Check your children food to make sure their food is fresh.
