Terrible service! We ask for one coffee and 12 donuts and the person come with 4 coffees and we told her it’s just one, she put terrible face and she go back, just with the donuts and when we ask for the coffee she said: you say no coffee! She is crazy! And then she said to us we need to go back and do the line again! Crazy manager! This happend Sunday 21 April at 12:05 noon.

The customer service here really is horrible. There's a supervisor that worked. Shes dark skin she has a nasty attitude. She does not know how to handle customer service. She needs to be fired and needs to lose her job. I would not recommend anybody to be here

I brought my daughter and her friend to go get the special with the skewers with the donut holes and an iced coffee. The cashier was rude, unwilling to help and did not ring us for the items that we wanted to purchase so we had to ring again for the donut holes on the skewers.

Placed my online pickup order at 7:02am. I arrive there 8 mins later thinking my order is going to be ready for sure. That’s plenty of time for a small coffee. HECK no. I stood there waiting with a bunch of other folks for 20 mins! I was finally given my drink at about 7:30. It was VERY BUSY and the manager was very rude to the new barista guy there. Like if he is unfamiliar (don’t get me wrong, I’d be panicking too) you help assist him. You don’t just yell at him cause he doesn’t know how many pumps of flavor go in a cup. Sort of felt bad for him. Do better Dunkin

Every morning I stop at this place to grab my breakfast, and almost all the time they are very slow to serve inside and they make you look bad but it's fine, but today I ordered through the app and I was going to eat it inside but it was closed Due to the lack of staff, I went to the window and they didn't want to give me my order and the person at the window was very rude. The thing is, if they don't want to work, they should look for another job.

Extremely rude staff and wait time is completely unreasonable. This location gives priority to drive-through orders and lets the walk-in customers wait 15 to 20 minutes for something that could’ve taken a couple of minutes.

I wouldn’t personally leave a star review due to the service from each employee in the establishment being highly poor and uneducated without being able to explain to the customers as to why the specific location does NOT stock any dairy bottles products where typically others normally do. Dunkin’ Donuts should ADVERTISE this huge heartbreak as to it being a product normally all Dunkin’ Donuts would keep in their fridges at all times. They’d rather sell other Coca Cola products versus keeping a cold smooth dairy product. Very late on this review but had to leave one after I got the stomach flu THE SAME DAY I ATE BREAKFAST THERE! I am more than positive one of the employees was going thru it the week prior of me eating there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY LOCATION! It will end up closing soon like the Starbucks did before that! It’s very hard to find good help in these parts of town.

While I was waiting to be served, the person behind the counter was flat out rude and mean to a customer who was, very politely, reporting an issue with their order. I was embarrassed for Dunkin and frustrated for this customer.

We went by. Never got our receipts. She claimed she threw the bigger one away. But we know she didn't. She could have looked for it. She charged us another 5. We did the math. The 5 extra charges was not needed.

I live in Powder Springs and have gone to the one 4100 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127 and 3721 Tramore Pointe Pkwy, Austell, GA 30106 (the one that a robot usually takes your order) and I had bad experiences at both locations.However, I have been coming to this one at 836 Veterans Memorial Hwy on my way to work in Atlanta and I would like to praise their excellent customer service! Everyone has always been so courteous and has a smile on their faces whenever they take my order or payment. I even mentioned to them they should train the other Dunkin Donuts teams at the other locations.Depending on the time I get here it has a long line, but it moves fast and everyone is very helpful. I always tip them whenever I can.I have never had any issues with my order at this location, despite the other comments I read here. I wish other Dunkin Donuts had the best customer service like this location has.
