I can’t believe they charge money for this sandwich. It’s suppose to be a Philly cheesesteak. I asked for the monster sandwich she looked confused and said oh you want the cheesesteak. The customer service wasn’t there at all. The person working almost had a blank stare and barely spoke. Definitely won’t be returning because I feel ripped off. Still hungry and won’t return

My wife and I walked in to get her a sandwich. The girl took at least a minute and a half to turn around to face us and even then still couldnt be bothered to greet us. it was as if we werent even there until i said "hello how are you". maybe if she wasnt all in her phone, she could have greeted

Went and ordered 2 footlong chicken bacon sandwiches, asked for them to be toasted... so the Gilby just microwaved them said the toaster was broken... they did not even have ranch. Went to pay had a coupon I had just got out of my mailbox and the guy accused me of already using it. He proceeded to give me a slight discount... still came to 16.00 meat was soft and had no flavor. I will never eat at this subway again.

Went and ordered 2 footlong chicken bacon sandwiches, asked for them to be toasted... so the Gilby just microwaved them said the toaster was broken... they did not even have ranch. Went to pay had a coupon I had just got out of my mailbox and the guy accused me of already using it. He proceeded to give me a slight discount... still came to 16.00 meat was soft and had no flavor. I will never eat at this subway again.

I frequently go to this location because it is the nearest one to my home. I am a vegetarian woman who only eats my sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, onions and black pepper. The person making my sandwiches (Mark Appleby) made two sandwiches for me. When getting to my sandwich I wanted extra lettuce he told me no because there is no way to charge for it. I said I understand but that is all I am getting on my sandwich. I come subway at least once a week and he has refused to make my sandwich with extra lettuce for three times now. Every other person gladly puts extra lettuce on it without any hesitation. Park in turn threw away both of my sandwich’s while I was standing there. This is his third time doing that as well. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service he displays to me. I always get great service from every subway I go to. In order to get a sandwich I had to go to the Publix in the same parking lot, who again had no problem giving me extra lettuce. I would like to speak to something regarding this because it’s a shame to have to in counter someone like Mark. He refused to give me his name just walked off after rudely throwing my sandwiches away. I had a sandwich for my elderly mother who loves subway as much as I do. The employees looked disappointed that he wouldn’t give me extra lettuce and even offered his name.
Tonight I went in to get a sub and there was a black lady I'm assuming was a manager or someone from another branch that was there. I was there around 9:15 pm. Today is 12/13/22. So I don't want this review to be confused with the other nice sista that works there. This lady had to have been 5'2 - 5'3 in height. I want to be extremely descriptive on who I'm talking about. She was extremely rude. She didn't have a name tag on because I would definitely call her out by name. Anyways I walk in, she is looking at a younger kid that I assume she might have been training and she yells out white bread or Italian. At first I was thinking she was talking to him but she was talking to me. I said hi to her and she totally ignores my greeting and I was I in a rush to get back home to the basketball game I was watching I didn't want to Start anything. I tell her my order, she acts like I'm inconveniencing her. We get through the order and she hands me my change. No thank you, no anything. I understand these days it's hard to hire people, but SUBWAY y'all must be desperate. She is definitely a hire that was found at the bottom of the bucket. Absolutely rude, and I feel sorry for the kid she was pretending to train. If I come again and see her, I have zero problems in letting her know I was the one that left this review and I will turn around and walk out.

I went into Subway on Wednesday on Sept 7 2022 to buy two Sub late evening two white guys were working that evening shift he were fixing my sandwich he put the meat on the bread first I ask him to toast my bread first, he took the meat off the bread and threw it back into the pan with a nasty attitude and the bacon was half cook I will not be going back to this Subway.if he going to work with people's and take there order people's change there mind on how they want their Sandwich fix. He were really Rude who want to spend money there so he can make a pay check off people's with nasty attitude I am not the one if I am going to spend my money with you. No star from Me left outta there went to another Subway I don't want to give a star but want post a less I click on a star.I want to give no stars.
