I did not get a polite greeting as a customer! Then the employees were just looking at me and not assisting me. The female claimed that “because there was no front end cashier, and that I would have to go through the drive-thru lane.”

Horrible customer service, sat in drive through with 3 cars I front of me. When it was my time to order, lady #1 politely informed me that they were doing a shift change and would be a 10 min wait. Lady #2 came on a yells at me for sitting I front of the speaker and tells me that I need to move since they aren't taking order. If this how yall do business I take my funds elsewhere.

I appreciate that my fries were hot but I would never serve a burger like this. I was worried about food poisoning so I just tossed it. I am willing to wait a few extra minutes for my food to be fresh, cooked correctly, neat and packaged properly. The outside of the wrapper had sauce and grease all over it. No time to run out for a different meal over my break so my lunch will be fries and a drink. The meals are too expensive for this to be the product given to customers.

Went there for the free cheeseburger for the 40th anniversary of the “Where’s the Beef” ad. The person in front of me walked in, I grabbed the door and it was locked. I looked at the door sign and it said that the lobby closed at 8pm, (it was 9:45pm), so I left without going through the drive through.

I placed an order through the drive thru. The cashier friendly and professional. She provided me with everything I needed. Service was quick. No long wait.My food was hot and fresh.The only thing I disliked was my specialty lemonade. It lacked flavor…kind of bland in taste and dull in color.

Just had lunch and wanted a quick dessert. Wendy's was just a few hundred feet away. We both ordered large Frosty chocolate. They offered Pumpkin Spice. I just can't imagine that having a good aftertaste. This is definitely a good goto dessert. This location is highly recommended!

This location is trash. I ordered 5 large meals , my fries are large but my drinks they gave me 2 smalls and 3 larger & said I didn’t order all large drinks according to the “receipt” . Then why are all the fries large ? I rejected the 2 small drinks the little girl at the drive thru said she couldn’t take the drinks back but I hadn’t even touched them . I just wanted what I asked for . I asked to pay the difference they straight up told me NO and forced the small drinks into my hands . Will NOT be back . Train your workers better customer service ! If the mistake is on YOU you’re suppose to fix it .

Yesterday me and my sons father went to the location to buy our son a kids meal after picking him up from his school across the street. Once we got to the window to pay for the food, my 4 year old son noticed he didn't have a toy and told his dad. Immediately my son father alerted the young man who took the payment that there wasn't a toy in the bag. Instead 9f the young man apologizing, he distasteful said "so, I don't care". My son father and I was both floored by this response. At this time my son's father pulled the car up a little bit from the drive thru window and told the young man I paid for a toy and you are telling me you don't care. Again, the young man just shrugged his shoulders. I guess the manager seen him standing at the window and came over. He began to tell the manager what happened and the manager seemed lost and never once addressed the young man. It wasn't until he noticed my son's father law enforcement badge that he offered to make it right by offering him a cookie. My son's father declined the cookie because at this point it wasn't about the toy, it was about the disrespect and less than poor customer service received. This is a restaurant we frequent often because as stated it's across the street from my son's school. Not once while my son's father placed the order he was told they were out of toys. We will no longer give our hard earned money to this location and has told many parents and teachers at the school regarding this situation who also agree this behavior was unacceptable. If you look at the receipt he was charged for a toy he did not receive. Honestly I wish I didn't have to give this location 1 star. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
