Terrible customer service! Waited over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and take drink orders. Waitresses barely spoke to us and seemed to really hate their jobs! We had to leave our table to find wait staff to ask for silverware (plastic ware in a package) and drinks that they had forgot to bring to us two different times. Food was ok, but unfriendly staff who seemed to not want to help at well was disappointing.

The woman operating the takeout section took my cash and just walked to the back to check on orders, didn't originally ring me up and give me my change, nada. She took a $100 bill from another gentleman paying, and didn't give his change either for like 5 or 10 min. They weren't very busy either. She didn't communicate anything, like, hey, I'm going to get your change or check on your order or anything. I'm just standing there waiting for 10 minutes to get my change and my receipt and my order. I'll never return. Crappy service. ?????

Walked in and sat at the bar. I was ignored and walked out. The color of my white skin was the culprit. Never thought Applebees would allow this behavior, but it happened to me. Never again will I step into an Applebees anywhere on the planet.

This is my 2nd time this week coming here and both times the customer service has been trash. Because the waiters take 15-20 minutes to cone serve. EVEN WHEN THE WHOLE PLACE IS EMPTY. AND BOTH TIMES THEY WERE EMPTY. I waited 30 minutes for a server to even get my drink order. I ordered a appetizer to eat before my meal and the main dish finally made it to my table. Appetizer never did. Meanwhile the waiter KEPT walking past me & ignoring me. When she realized I'd been there for 30 minutes then she said they didn't tell me you needed to be served. What?!?! Another waiter asked me did I need help and I asked for the manager. He just sat there not knowing what to say. He MAY have apologized but because he was mumbling I couldn't make out what he was saying. They didn't try to fix it or correct it. The waiter looked lost when I asked her "Why would I want my main meal now when I SPECIFICALLY ordered an appetizer" she said " oh its coming AFTER this! WHY?!?!

We sat for 45 minutes and nothing. Another customer went to complain and the manager had to come out and seat the 4 families that had been waiting. The staff working the front didnt clean any of the tables from the people that left. The staff needs training. We USED to come here, being its not far from our place, but we will no longer come to this establishment. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. If they didnt want to come to work, they should have called out. Very disappointing and we WILL NOT be back.
I payed 35.13 and the food and service was horrible I had work at 3 pm and got there to eat something quick at 1 and they took two hours to bring a small appetizer and two items out . Then half of the food was too salty and tasted bad . The girl with braids and a hat some brown skin girl who’s short talking slow and act like she can’t hear . She gave us a merchant copy instead of a customer copy . We won’t go here no more and they’re short staffed . And we complained the manager

We entered this macon, GA Riverside drive location this past weekend. 3 employees Including the server were casually leaned against the podium they all said not one word to us as we entered and instead stood staring at us rudely, they did not speak until we asked them if we could be seated. Restaurant had maybe 4 guests at 2 tables. They told us it would be an hour wait time. When we said "1 hour wait? All the tables are open and the bar chairs" The server said "It's not about the tables it's about the service" We turned and left while your employees said rude comments and laughed at us. I've been in macon, ga for only one year and have never entered this restaurant before and definitely won't ever enter again.

Restaurant chain site and the food already has a process but I think they can put more effort into the finishing of the meals, the way they serve the dishes and the flavors. I would return just in case there are no more options but really disappointing. Prices according to the quality are not high but not cheap either and the waiters do not guide you or suggest orders to have clear promotions and be able to mix with the sides.There is still a lot to do, good administration and better preparation of the staff would raise the quality of this brand.

I was pleasantly surprised everything came out in a decent amount of time. It was right and enjoyable. Too often at an Applebee's, that is not the case. GOOD JOB!!!! Was there for lunch.
