First we pull up and no one says anything so we're just sitting in the drive thru, one car in front of us until we say "hello" into the speaker. Then in the middle of placing the order, the person taking the order talks over my wife before she can finish the order so by the time we get our food. She's rung us up incorrectly because she's talking more than she listens. It's an ongoing thing here in Macon and at Arby's. Please train people to listen so they can take the correct order and stop interrupting the customers. It's rude and unprofessional. This makes your job harder than what it has to be.
