Made the mistake of eating here with wife. At cashiers station there was a hand printed sign saying to clean your trash off the tables as the employees were not paid to clean. Should have walked out then but we had already ordered. Ordered two tacos each and two small cokes. $31.00 We could have had TWO FULL excellent meals at Margaritas in Macon at that price. Food mediocre, costly, and not tasty, Salsa (?) was some of the worst, Upset stomach a few minutes after leaving. Gross. Cleaned trash off our table as "employees are not paid to do so" walked to exit NO TRASH receptacles. I guess we are supposed to take to the dump? take it home and dispose of it? Bronze it and hang on the wall? What? NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve been going here for years, but I won’t be back. Came in tonight, both people at the burrito bar on their phones while I’m ordering, one even answered a phone call. I told him he had put a topping on the wrong item and he said I “wasn’t specific enough” he then tried to grab the topping and move it but one did not have cheese and one did so I told him that was not going to work. He said “well I didn’t know that either” and proceeded to get upset and throw the topping onto my bowl then said “if you want to have an attitude I can play that too.” I left without my food or paying. I’ve NEVER experienced someone so rude and uncaring about their job.

Wasn’t in the building for 5 secs before I decided it wasn’t the place for me and my friend to eat. As soon as we walked in the door a blue haired girl screams “Mannn, *unknown name* come serve these folks”…poor customer service and I want no one like that to serve me. Please do better with customer service.

My kids and I love this place and it used to be great. I am not sure what has happen but I have given chance after chance and continue to get rude service. Tonight I get go ahead which I assume meant for me to start ordering. The music was blaring profanity music, one cook finally told them to turn it off but then the employees were continually cussing the entire time we were there saying over and over that they hate their job. The back of the dining room has been closed the past month we have been coming due to them cleaning and trying to close down early I assume given it’s only 6 and I thought they closed at 9? Anyway I hope someone reads this and changes it because we loved coming here once upon a time, now I just dread it but it’s my kids favorite restaurant.

No ice cubes since probably their ice machines was out of order or they just ran out.They're coke was flat, somebody needs to change it bcs it was literally water.Food was not fresh.Their chicken was sub-par

I ordered a chicken and rice bowl with Pinto beans. Everything seemed very stale and not very freshly prepared. All the food contained a high water content and the bowl was very soupy. Unlike some of its other competitors who sell grilled chicken this however is a pulled chicken much like a crock pot. The chicken is also very wet. I won't be stopping there again.

Every other location in Macon makes a better, and has way better customer service on their bad days. The service was horrible. The guys didn't have the time to talk to the customers because they were more interested in the TV show. I mean literally, not a single word, even though we asked a number of questions....just a head nod or shake every now and then. We ordered online and gave a 20% tip. In the bag that was left for us, only half the order was there when we got home and opened the bag. That was the first and last time we will go to this Barberitos on Riverside.

This place is the worst food experience I have ever had. First off the line wasn’t moving I waited in a 3 deep line for 20 minutes. I finally got to the ordering window and order a burrito bowl. Once it was packed the worker said “ this yo s***** Then the cherry on top was the taste, my first bite I spit it out and gaged was cold and tasted like dead bodies. It was terrible I was worse then bad. DO NOT GO HERE, AT ALL COSTS.

Probably one of the worst Barberitoes I have ever been too. The chicken was very chewy and the food didn’t feel fresh. I do not recommend this Barberitoes if your in Macon.

What a horrible experience. Last evening 4:30 I went by to get some tacos. After waiting about 10 minutes I told the guy I wanted 5 tacos. There was no taco meat except some steak pieces that looked like they had been there a week. I told him I wanted ground turkey. He sauntered back to the kitchen and then came out & said their meat was frozen. No tacos. Not even chicken. 2 weeks b4 that the idiot making my tacos kept scraping ingredients onto the floor with his hands WHILE he was making my tacos. No wonder there's never anybody in there. I wonder if the owners know what's going on in there.
Stopped in while traveling and we enjoyed our meal. My husband I enjoyed eating at Barbs in college and were glad to see this one on the exit where we stopped for lunch. The food was good and the staff was very friendly from entry to exit!

Multiple visits, one has been good. the rest fair at best. Order nachos with cheese sauce on it, ranch on side. food arrives, ranch on it, no cheese sauce anywhere.

Barry at Barberitos on Riverside delivered a catering order for me on 9/27/21 for 45 people. He set it up and was fast, friendly and efficient. Wonderful and pleasant attitude. Food was delicious.

Normally I don’t take time to write reviews..but I have to say I really enjoyed my meal and also the welcoming atmosphere from all 3 employees who were up front today…from the moment I walked in to the time I left everyone was nice and professional with a good sense of humor…i had a fajita burrito and it was made exactly how I wanted it..give these guys a raise lol
