Every time me have come to this location we are “asked to pull up”. This past time I waited 30 minutes for my drive through food!! It took 20 minutes for anyone to even come and talk to me.

We had a great surprise on our first visit to this location so we gave them a 2nd visit a week later. We sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes waiting on our order. When it was delivered the Bo Rounds that were served had been in the heat lamp for hours and were inedible. The chicken and the biscuits were far from fresh cooked but at least not as aged as the Bo Rounds. I'm very disappointed.

Went inside to order and ALL the employees had their mask pulled down below their chin, not covering their nose or mouth while they were cooking, taking orders and bagging food. What’s the point of even bothering having a mask if they aren’t properly going to wear them while handling food?! I politely asked for a refund and told the manager why and then had an employee making smart a$$ remarks about me like I couldn’t hear while I waited for my refund. Not acceptable at all!

The biscuit at this location was so incredibly perfect!!!! It was baked enough and was hands down my best Bo experience in 5 years!!!! So amazing! Thank you for following the recipe and providing that consistent biscuit experience!!!! ???

The slowest fast food restaurant I've been to. Everytime I go there you wait at least 15 to 20 mins. They always make you pull up so you not on there clock so it doesn't seem that bad, IT IS. Ive had faster service at longhorn and I never write these. I went today and they had cars wrapped around the building . The wait was so long I looked back and it was me and another car waiting . Everyone else left, if I hadn't already paid I would have left too. I pulled up to the window at 9:07 I got my food at 9:48. My order was not right but I was to mad to stay and fix it .

I really like Bojangles. But the staff here on this Thursday night is the best staff in any fast food of this type. They were nice, funny and accommodating. They have earned my business and I will be back whenever I'm passing through (which is monthly).
First time every eating Bojangles at this location, chicken is flavorful and the bo-berry biscuits are a great addition!

It always takes so long to get your food and I hate it when they ask you to pull down they will bring your food to you WHEN NO ONE is even behind you. Just so they can say you weren't at their window that long
