Very slow service.Ordered #13- 2 pc. dark - 2 pc. white. They gave us two #13, wrong sides & no biscuit.

I pre-placed an order online at 8:00 p.m.. after doing so it stated that my order would be ready at 8:06 p.m. I pulled into the parking lot to go through the drive-thru at 8:10 p.m. and I still ended up waiting for a chicken sandwich and side of dirty rice until 8:18 p.m. I'm not sure if they had to catch the chicken and cook it but it took entirely too long considering it was pre-ordered

Paid for sausage and cheese eggs and they left off the sausage. Phones not answering only getting voicemail. Left message and no response. Suggest if need be hold the line and check your order before leaving.

This place was so disorganized and dirty. We had to sit there and listen to the staff arguewith each other while we waited for our food(which took 30-45 min). The manager was on her personal phone while her coworkers was cutting up. The way the workers acted and how unkept the place looked, I ended up throwing my food in the trash.

Worst place ever had no chicken and very rude. We went 15 minutes out of our way because we had never tried bojangles and I guess we never will. Asked to get a chicken combo and the man bluntly replied NO. With no reasoning or anything. If I could I'd give it zero stars

Moved from the area and was visiting so we decided to drop in and see if this place improved. I can honestly say it has. The were out of large cups which was a little irritating, but the fantastic service now than made up for it. All the food was hot, fresh, and delicious as well. Definite improvement from when I was last here.

None of the employees understand the concept of basic customer service. Most of them are unable to communicate in understandable English. Please and thank you are not in their vocabularies. I realize Fast food workers are hard to find right now, but even a monkey can be taught to smile!

Worse Bo jangles I’ve ever been too. Over 15 minute wait after being handed the complete wrong order. This is the place you go to work when you have zero to give and you can’t even get a fast food order correct or even in a timely manner. Rude and disrespectful employees very un professional

This location is a joke!!! And not a good one. The attitudes are smug & rush. We ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit combo & a steak biscuit combo. Got to the window & was only given 1 sweet tea. Told the cashier we ordered 2 sweet teas. She looked at me like I was crazy, took both drinks & then eventually came back with 2 sweet teas. Got our bag & checked our order. They have us 2 steak biscuits. We told the cashier & she looked at me like I was crazy. She asked us to open the wrappers & show us so we did atleast 5 times while another employee continued to state that she gave us bacon egg & cheese biscuit as the cashier is telling her otherwise & we have both biscuits open showing them. They asked for the 1 steak biscuit back as we had already had our hands all over the food. So we gave it to them & got a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. I then asked for 2 grape & 2 strawberry jelly. The cashier handed me 2 grape jelly. I then asked for 2 strawberry jelly & she handed me 2 more grape jelly in a rushed manner. So I pulled up & went inside & asked for 2 strawberry jelly & was told they were out of strawberry jelly. Communication is lacking at this location. We didn't get a receipt so not sure what we were charged for since there was a mishap with the food. And then to get the funky attitudes that we did. Definitely not going to this location anymore. That's a waste of a nice building. Owner should just open up shop in a ghetto strip mall. At least customers could prepare themselves for the awful service they are going to receive.

We love BoJangles!!!!! Anytime we drive south we have to stop. Never disappoints. Had breakfast for the first time today. WOW!!!! It was delicious??

Notice that I was missing the bottom part of my biscuit once I made it to work. Someone fell asleep behind the spatula. Bojangles I love you all but you all are making it hard.

The girls that are there in the evenings are great, but the manager that opens in the morning is a waste of skin. I came through about a week and a half ago at 5:30am, and there was a guy standing inside, yelling at me through the drive thru window that a manager didn't show up and that he couldn't take any orders. When I asked the girls tonight if they had worked out the manager situation... They told me he IS the manager.Tonight, the food was good and the chicken was crispy. Even though they didn't have the chicken pieces ready that I wanted, they just swapped out one piece for another instead of making me wait. Kudos girls! One of y'all need to take that man's job and show him how it's done! ?

They didn't have what I ordered online and I've been trying to get my money back for 3 days... Then the manager challenged me to a fist fight and call one of his friends up there to help him fight at the pionona location ...he lucky when I got home my wife told me it wasn't worth it

Horrible restroom. They are too incompetent to have paper towels in the dispenser. They have a sink that only runs scalding hot water, and only runs for about two seconds each time you push the handle down. And they have soap that won't wash off your hands. They obviously don't want their customers to use their restrooms. I hope a child doesn't try to wash their hands and get injured from scalding hot water. Their sink is a health hazard.
