Taste is fine but the cookie overall is completely thin and floppy! I cannot even hold it. I wouldn’t come back.

We were at Panda Express Friday night and a friend came in with a yummy looking dessert. She told us it was an ice cream sandwich made at Bonnie's Cookies. We decided to walk over and try something. We walked in 20 minutes before closing. What a mistake! My husband asked a few questions and couldn't decide between a milkshake and an ice cream sandwich. The young lady working the counter ROLLED HER EYES when he said milkshake. Apparently, they had already cleaned the machine and she didn't want to dirty the machine. He said "Let's go." I didn't know what was going on. She then said she'd "rather make the ice cream sandwich."Terribly customer service. We won't be back.

If you are a local to Bonnies and haven't visited you DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING.We are traveling nomadic folks and that being said yesterday we found ourselves heading home...When we go home we always try to gather items from unknown places that we have stopped at but have read goggle reviews on.Yesterday we wanted to pick up a sack or two fresh baked cookies for a cookie fanatic neighbor that does nearly everything for everyone that needs her.We started off by calling and received a person at the the store that was extremely upbeat and positiveWhen we arrived at the bakery there was a great selection of cookies to purchase along with ice cream for cones or shakesAfter we purchased and hit I-75 south we couldn't help ourselves and we ate a few of the cookies and DAMN....BIG SMILES AT EACH OTHER we will be returning numerous times to this establishment.

1st time trying here yesterday.I was greeted promptly. I was thanked for coming. So, customer service was good. The establishment was clean. There were a variety of flavors to choose from. I was doing a cookie review for only chocolate chip and red velvet cookiesThe lack of stars are bc of the following:-Price doesn't match the size of cookies-No spectacular flavor profile (both cookies tasted the same)

Probably not going back here and here’s why. I got the Peanut butter cookie, white chocolate macadamia, sprinkle sugar cookie, and a Supreme M&M cookie. The peanut butter cookie tasted like I was bitting into peanut butter but seemed undercooked. The Macadamia was alright but not the best. The sprinkle sugar cookie I think definitely had too many sprinkles and I couldn’t taste the cookie really well. The Supreme cookie had what seemed to be marshmallow filling sandwiched between them and that was probably the best cookie out of my cookies. My girlfriend got Red velvet, double chocolate, and chocolate turtle cookie. The red velvet didn’t taste like red velvet and had a weird taste to it. The double chocolate tasted pretty good but was dry. The turtle cookie only tasted like the chocolate chips in it and was pretty oily.

Cookies were soooo good and the lady who was working was incredibly nice. I'm sad I waited so long to try this place!

The cookies at this place are very good! Cookies are baked fresh and they have great customer services. We tried the red velvet, oatmeal raisin, double chocolate chip, turtle chocolate and peanut butter. We will definitely will be back!

I was in cookie and ice cream heaven. There was about 10 different cookies from peanut butter to red velvet. The ice cream was just as good we paired with strawberry ice cream and it was a hit. Make the trip it’s worth the calories.

I went in for ice cream and got two scoops of Blue Bell, strawberry & butter pecan. A steady stream of customers came in while I was there. Before I left I got a dozen cookies to go. I called it a sampler tray since I got one of each kind. I ate 5 of them on the way home. I haven't had that many sweets at once ever. Everything was really good.

Bonnie's cookies is the best cookie place in town, they're always fresh, clean and price isn't bad either. Love the smell of fresh, baked waffle cones when entered.

We enjoyed our ice cream. The cookies were small for the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Good cookies, very expensive. Wish they were warmed. Did not appreciate having to wait for the staff member to finish her private phone call before serving us. Maybe it’ll be better next time.

We were looking for a sweet treat on our way home from the beach and saw Bonnie's Cookies. What a sweet surprise! (Pun intended). Bonnie's is a modest store in a small strip mall. The first thing we saw as we walked in was a counter of cookies - so many varieties! They had chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodle, M&M, white chocolate macadamia nut, red velvet, and more! They also had ice cream - maybe a dozen flavors. We wanted both a cookie and ice cream, so we got their ice cream sandwich - your choice of two cookies with a scoop of your choice of ice cream in the middle of them. Decision made! All the cookies are homemade on site and are baked fresh throughout the day. The cookies are not oversized, which is perfect for us. What also impressed us were the prices. They were totally reasonable! We also got a half dozen cookies to take home -cost less than a dollar a piece. If you live in Macon or just passing through be sure to stop by Bonnie's Cookies!
