Online order. They even got it right on the burger wrapper and still put every single thing on the burger. I asked for only ketchup and mayo. How do you get the wrapper right but not the burger. Can’t even eat Burger King in Macon they get the order wrong so much

This was the best BK in Macon. I don't know what happened but now this store Manager the short Female. And the crew that worked on 8 Mar 2024 @ 5-5:30 pm. Needs to find a new job ASAP!!! They act like they own Burger King. And that female that was working the window at that time. That made me reorder 3 times. Do NOT need to work anyone's job. No home training, NO consumer service at all, and then have nerves to get an attitude because she can't take a simple order. 2 numbers, 1 with cheese, a coke ad sweet tea. It doesn't not take 10 minutes for the order only.Yes, I did say something. I wasn't nasty either. On the third time, I asked her was she ready. Because I am tired of repeating the same order. That's when she decided not to talk anymore. And young with different type shirt was outside. And I asked her was she the manager, and stated yes. Next talk to her window person, because she is not answering anymore. Someone new comes on, ask me my order again. I told her to forget.
It's a damn shame..We pay more but get less. The size of this biscuit shows corporate doesn't care about the consumer...

I modify my Bacon King the same way every time I order (no ketchup, no mayo, add mustard) and they've never got it wrong. Drive thru moves quick, and food is always hot!

Their biscuits at all locations in the past year are just awful I think they switch their flour because it's meal like and are flat not fluffy just horrible and I used to love their sausage biscuits and they switched their mayo at lunch to a miracle whip dressing not good at all burger king please do
