Paid $30 for a whole meal, with 2 tenders for approximately $6 and this is what I got!!! Everything else was fine but these two sick tenders are unacceptable!!

Food was great but customer service was not, I'm standing in front of the cashier she looks and waits on the customer behind me asking her if she has a mobile order in which she did and instead of taking my order she gets the customer behind me mobile order together and when she takes my order I'm saying to her why didn't you ask me that question because I'm picking up my mobile which was sitting in front of the customer's order standing behind me. That really tick me off...

Most Captain D's are pretty good. This one messed upy order by half, and on the replacement meal, burnt to a crisp ?
Worst Captain D’s ever. I stayed in their drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Neither car moved and no one took their order. Me and 3 others just pulled off. Their drive thru is always like this.

The food was decent, but this particular store took forever to serve at the drive thru window. We could watch our order being loaded in a bag, and it sat for almost tm before it was handed out the window to us.We are traveling with 3 kids, so it's easier to do the drive-thru rather than cart everyone inside. However, 1 needed the bathroom, so we got out at the indoor and had to walk all the way around the building because the 1st two exterior doors we came to were locked. The bathroom was not clean ans smelled of sewer.
