Me and my boyfriend have not been able to sleep at all after having food poisoning all last night because all we had to eat was this and then has left overs next day. We ordered steamed dumplings, orange chicken, hunan chicken and shrimp fried rice. Everything came with fried rice. I haven’t had food poisoning in so long, I can’t believe we had at go through this and this place isn’t even rated that low. I hope they learn how to cook fresh food instead of stuff that’s been pre cooked.

Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten, everything had the same taste. I asked if the food was fresh and was told it was, it absolutely was not. Definitely will not be going back.

Ordered Almond fried chicken....no almonds. Took my plate back and asked for the almonds and was advised it doesn't come with almonds. Would not give me a refund. So basically got fried

I got the orange chicken and it was pretty good, however, the “fried” rice was absolutely flavorless and dry. It just looked and tasted like rice that sat out for a week with no salt or anything.

I used to like getting takeout from this restaurant up until last night when I requested that my mother's food be cooked fresh to order.. the lady serving behind the counter looked at me in disgust for about 3 mins.. as if I had asked her to do something out of her job description.. I should have just walked out then and gone somewhere else.. I won't be going back.. stir ur food and make it look fresh lady!..

Just went to get an egg roll and the owner had one made for me fresh. I've never been disappointed at Chen's Wok!

I used to go to this place 20 years ago when I lived there. The food, service and atmosphere was much better back then. I have to say this is not as good as it was then. I guess the old guy that owned it back when it was on Tom Hill sr. Is gone. The woman waiting on me looked at me like I had grown 2 heads when I asked for Moo Goo Gai Pan for part of a combo plate. It used to be a regular staple. I did get other food that was out, but it's bland compared to the original store. Then, it was always crowded. People loved it. Not so much for this one. Won't go back. Disappointed sorry...

It should have been a red flag when I walked in this place. Any time a sign is posted that says all sales are final, beware! I decided to come because of the 4 star reviews but apparently these are either old or inaccurate. The food is precooked and served in a serving line style. I decided to order from the daily special menu because this is the only option to receive a cooked to order meal. I ordered the chicken w/vegetables thinking you can't go wrong with this. Well you can go wrong. The chicken was undercooked and so were the vegetables and both were drowning in broth. I wasted money because obviously all sales are final. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This used to be one of my favorite places when I lived in the area. Perhaps I am now spoiled from other high quality Chinese food but this is no longer it. Also a sign that we were the only people in the restaurant during lunch. The customer service was also deplorable. The lady had a horrible attitude when I was asking simple questions about menu items.

Clean place, fast service, but the lo mein was dry. Maybe because it's on the line out front. Also had the curry shrimp which was OK but only 5 shrimps, just plopped on top and not part of the dish.
