I order salads with nuggets and 2x ranch, they give me chicken strips and no ranch. Today I got an extra special surprise in my salad: hair!They charge $10 for a salad but don't get the protein right, barely put any cheese on there (I even tried paying for extra cheese and somehow got even less cheese) and they never want to give you your dressings. They even get an attitude when you ask them to fix it.This food costs way too much and the service sucks too much to keep coming back, especially now that hair is showing up in the food.

Went there and had a big breakfast order. When I got home I realized they forgot two chicken buscuits. Called and they said come back up and they'd get it worked out. When I showed up the two cashers I worked with rolled their eyes at me and were very rude. Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do was have to come back up to this store and to be treated like I was just trying to steal or get free food was disrespectful. Never again Tom Hill.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT cater from this chick fil a! My husband went up there last weekend to pick up a catering order and they gave my husband’s order to someone else so they made my husband pay another $315 for his order and was told he would get a refund. Hes called this location multiple times and they claimed he would get the refund and my husband called his bank and asked if there’s a pending refund showing and his bank said it was there but it was taken off so at this point we feel he’s not even getting his money back. Don’t order from this chick fil a, they will steal your money!
