I was visiting the area and I’ve been to many chicken salad chicks all over the US so I decided to stop at this one for lunch. Upon walking in it looked just like all the other ones and it did have a second dining room. I was put back when I saw the cashier was wearing short jean shorts at the register instead of the normal khaki slacks. Then when I went to go find a table, every table was full of crumbs and hadn’t been wiped down and floor had debris. The trays weren’t on the table however they were never wiped down and the floor had a lot of debris on it then I noticed there was a manager sitting with another employee sitting with him and they were eating McDonald’s and Carry out from some other restaurant in the main dining room which I thought was a poor reflection on this restaurant That they weren’t even eating their own food later the employee had been sitting at that table got up and then moved to the second dining room, where they sat at another table and they were goofing around with another employee. Whether or not they were off clock. I have no idea, but it just didn’t look good considering that the tables all could’ve been wiped down. Visit was 3/12/24 and I was there approximately 30 minutes with no change in what I viewed. Yes, thank you it’s perfect. I would like to add another food was a good quality as it always isThank you.

Chicken was to salty and too small a serving for the price. One in Albany, ga much better. Want be back for amount of chicken salad on lettuce and very thin amount on sandwiches . Potatoe soup was delicious.

We got CSC to go for dinner and let me tell you...it had been too long!! As always, service is great. We usually always get out to go and it's always good! I opted to try something new this go round and a scoop of Kickin' Kay Lynne atop a croissant was my choice with a side of pasta salad. Even though the combo has buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños & Sriracha...the heat was lacking big time - I did taste the flavor of buffalo sauce but outside of that - meh - will I get it again - most definitely. My parents shared a small tub of Classic Carol - & it's just that - a classic!! It comes with crackers for dipping but if you're like us - we make a mini Sammy at home or pull out the Buttery Ritz. To top it all off, we all indulged in grape salad. This was my first time having it and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Who would've thought putting cream cheese, brown sugar, and pecans on top of grapes would be the highlight of my week! My new guilty pleasure! See you sooner than later!

Came today the young lady taking my order smacking gum when asked what I wanted she act like I was bothering her still smacking her gum and a unpleasant smile..
I really love Chicken salad chic! They literally never fails… my only complaint is everytime i purchase the bake potatoe soup the pottage always crunchy and hard to chew.

Friendly staff, have enjoyed about 6 of the different chicken salad flavors (the onion one is my favorite), the soup is really good, and there are lots of good mixed greens in the salad (not just greens...rather lots of colored lettuces). The food comes out rather quick, I like the serve yourself drink station, the lemonade is sweet and tastes great over a full cup of ice, and the side cookie is a little nice treat. Love the pickle spear! Enjoy!Parking: Lots of parking right in front of the store!

On Veterans Day 2023 I took the opportunity to enjoy a Chicken Salad Chick Sandwich at this location. The sandwich (Fancy Nancy) was absolutely great but the soup (Loaded Baked Potato) was the best! And a shout out for CSC to honor veterans for their service!! Unlike Chick-Fil-A that offered nothing!I’ll definitely forgo the other establishment for Chicken Salad Chick!!

And a shout out for CSC to honor veterans for their service!! Unlike Chick-Fil-A that offered nothing! I'll definitely forgo the other establishment for Chicken Salad Chick!!
