Can't believe the reviews here are so bad, our experience was great at this location. The only thing better than the food was our service! Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, and the manager even came by to check in on us during our meal. 10/10

I would love to review this restaurant with 5 stars. BUT..... NOT possible. My daughter and I TRIED to eat there for lunch. It was not crowded at all. We were taken to a table. Then nothing. We sat there for 16 minutes, and there was NOT a server around. We did not see the first server. About half of the restaurant had dirty tables, so we know there had been servers there. We finally laid the menus on the table and left.

Something is shifting at Chili's, and not for the better. Service has declined and they took some favorites off the menu, and overall it's just not good. It reminds me of the sad days after Darden bought all the Outbacks and they got rid of everything that worked to become yet another miserable restaurant chain. I gave not researched what is happening at Chilis, but I have decided not to eat there anymore.

In the restaurant industry, they talk about a WOW factor, meaning that the restaurant did an exceptional job. Chili’s did that, they gave me the WOW factor. The service was great and the food was delicious.

The hostess opened the door to let us in, she greeted us and grabbed menus but we decided to sit at the bar! We were greeted by the bartender Saraya , she gave us menus and told us that she would be taking care of us... We visited this location twice while in the area. The first night I had the 6oz sirloin cooked medium with broccoli and loaded mash. The steak was rare but Saraya sent them back and they came back perfect! I enjoyed my meal! Saraya is definitely one of the most attentive bartenders! The next night I had the boneless honey chipotle wings....Nothing major decent late night food, good specials & great customer service !

After not being greeted at the door, the hostess was too busy goofing off with a "customer," we were finally seated amd ordered our food. It was a simple order, a quesadilla and fried chicken strips, by the time the food was brought out, the chicken was cold and the quesadilla was nearly raw on one side and almost burnt on the other. We watched several customers who arrived after us get their food long before we were even offered an explanation about why we had not recieved our order.
This was the by far most shocking thing! The food was horrible and the service was worse than ever ever the management was horrible I won't be back .

If I could leave a negative star I would. Horrible absolutely horrible experience. Food not right, attitude from employees, just wanted a refund since it was late and I had to wait an additional 45!! Minutes. Manager only refund the food. SHE STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE TIP!

On the door they say they close at 11:00 pm. We got here at 10:00 pm and the doors are locked. I'm sure the food is probably good but they closed when they advertise they are open.
