Something is going on with Church's. One Church's had been closed for business. I went today because they were newly opened. I came back to get peppers all corn on the cob. Three employees were standing outside in brand new uniforms, looking really cool. They were standing outside because they were basically out of chicken. That is bad enough because I wasn't there for chicken, they didn't have anything to make a meal out of. I drove to the second store in rush hour traffic. I got there and it was close. This was a popular location but they had poor management. With the new employees and the new uniforms I believed that it was going to turn around.

Church's has gone downhill for some reason...don't know why, but the one on Shurling Dr in Macon, GA, just didn't have the taste of Church's I used to love...and the breast were dry and we didn't get any wings with our order.

The only reason I’m giving this Church’s two stars is because I love Church’s Chicken and at this particular restaurant the food isn’t bad once you are served; however, this is the worst in terms of customer service. I’ve waited over thirty minutes for a three piece meal. The cashier is noticeably high or intoxicated on whatever. I’ve eaten to many Church’s and this one is a shame on the company!

Do not goto this place! I ordered two thighs and a leg. Thr cashier said oh we have that. 10 minutes later No food! A guy in front of me was asking for a refund. I said forget it and left. I didn't even want my money back. I said give it to a homeless person. Thr manager was looking confused as well as tge cashier. The last time ever! I went to Hotlanta and they had my food done in 10 minutes and out the window!

Slow AND unsanitary. You can not pick chicken with gloves on and keep them on while you ring up food and handle money and then go back to grabbing chicken. DISGUSTING
5 stars for the employees. These poor ladies are working In ridiculously hot conditions. I’m looking at all the customers sitting around just miserable from the heat. Why can’t you put a/c in your store church’s?!?!? Have respect for your employees and your customers!

Excellent manager and clean store!!!! She and one other employee was making magic happen. I don't frequent or eat a lot of fast food chicken but I had a craving so I indulged. They were particularly busy and the manager and her single staff member was doing it all. My food was hot, it was just what I ordered and she spoke to customers coming in all while performing the cooking, boxing up, and ringing up customers. Food and servicing customers quickly and with a smile. This is the Church's on Shurington drive in Macon GA you want to go to..

Some days are better than others, meaning simply? Very inconsistent! Whether it's your meals, or quality of service. Whether your biscuits are fresh and hot or cold and burnt. Today( like the rapper Ice Cube once said) was a good day,lol
