Disappointed, I was expecting the lunch special for 8.95, showed up at 1:35 pm and he said the special was over, no times listed near the lunch special sign, which is very shady and deceptive. The drive thru is not.meany for big body cars, can't even accommodate my car without having to reverse and pull in while going to the pick up window?. Jerk chicken was not seasoned or marinated ,nor smoked like a true Jamaican would do, all they did was squeeze jerk sauce on the chicken and it wasn't spicy at all. The mac n cheese is wet and okay I guess if your a little high. The plantains were okay, they were a little too soft but edible. The rice n peas taste like he threw in some canned beans in some uncle Ben's rice, overall rating, a 1.

Oxtail dinner isn't worth the money. Too tough and chewy plus the protion size was enough for the amount of money paid. Mac and cheese is good. Although the price is too high for a side almost $9.00. Prices are too high, can't say the food is horrible but they're should be some changes when it comes to protions and prices.

Sept.12,2023I ordered two brown stoodied chicken dinners. The one dinner was actually pretty good. But the other was totally different. It was horrible and we threw it away. I'm not understanding how you can order the same thing, from the same place yet get two different things. There is no consistency at this restaurant and I can't play rushion rullet when I'm spreading my money. I will not be returning. I hope the owners read this review, you all could have a good restaurant if you served the same good food, sick with the recipe you used to make the medium order of brown stoodied chicken not the large order.

First time visiting this place and will be my last. The Jamaican food tasted American like, the shack was confusing to figure out, and the lady working the window was so rude. The menu was very contradicting. I have 2 coworkers who are from Queens Jamaica and Saint Elizabeth and both stated the food wasn't authentic. If you're looking for good Jamaican in Macon, I highly recommend J&F Caribbean Delight.

Weird drive thru ordering. Bought oxtails that were flavorful but too tough and chewy. Rice and peas were sweetened in some way, not to my liking. Mac n cheese was good. However, not worth the price for the oxtails you get and the quality of the meat. Customer service is dry/non existent. I expect this in NY, because they’re typically not a sociable geographic. However, you’re in the south. If you want to keep the business, you may want to be more nice/customer oriented. The lady taking my order was more focused on her speaker phone conversation than really engaging to take the order. Wouldn’t go back.

My daughter and I love this place. Portions are worth the price tag. The male owner is a sweetheart. The Mac and CHEESE... OMG, a must try. Try the patties while you're there, you won't be disappointed.

We ordered the curry chicken with white rice and Mac n cheese, jerk chicken with collard greens and a beef Patty. I don’t really care for curry chicken but my lovely lady said it was almost as good as her granny used to make so they must be doing something right. Collars weren’t really what I’m used to but the Mac n cheese was great and the beef Patty was very good. I’d only had frozen Store bought Jamaican Pattie’s for my girlfriend is half Jamaican and loves them but these were so much better. The servings were large enough for two meals aswell as you can see in the pictures her plate she had left over put together at home.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t want to use the tables outside for the kids for the drive through pickup is between the restaurant and the tables which are basically in a parking lot so there’s allot of open space with vehicles moving.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s drive through or walk up window orders with seating outside.
