I called in a 2 piece fish and fry plate for pick up on 1/23/24 around 4:10. The guy who took my order was very nice and pleasant. Nonetheless, it was the usual miserable dark skinned young lady, that never smiles and no personality at the counter when I arrived. (The regular customers know exactly who I'm referring to). I asked her if the dock sauce was in the bag and the only reply I got was a non-verbal nod stating "yes". As I'm walking out and look in the bag, NO dock sauce! I immediately went back and told her and she said that it was underneath the fries.Those were actually hushpuppies. She checked herself. While she was checking, I told her there was no reason for me to lie about not getting it. If I wanted xtra sauce I would've paid for it like I normally do. She went to get the small cup of sauce and this is what this awful lady gave me. Only about a half teaspoon. It honestly looks like the cup was full and she emptied more than half of it out because she thought I was lying about not getting any at all. I wasnt going to argue w/ someone w/ zero morals. What she did was very obvious, not to mention, her actions were ungodly and foul. I didnt even get an apology when I told her that it was missing. She only said, "Let me see your bag". Like I was a thief! This lady's attitude alone is going to be the cause of this business's downfall. Why would anyone continue to support a business with terrible customer service? The customers didnt choose this job for you! Because of this type of foolishness, is why alot of (black- owned) businesses suffer. The dock sauce is good but they're treating it like it's gold! The food is good but who wants to deal with mean, unwelcoming employees with nasty attitudes while giving you their money? I'm not sure why the owner keeps this lady employed. I'm done with this place!!!

The cashier gives her friends the food I had ordered, the friend came in 10 minutes after I did and ordered the same as I did, it was 3 other customers complaining about the same thing as well, mind you the cashier went to the back & got her friends food. Please do better with customer service.

I love trying new places. I hate this place is in Macon because I don't live there. The good news..the fish/shrimp was really good! The tarter sauce and slaw matter to me a lot were also good. The people there are really nice! The fries were not crispy. I would have liked a few more hush puppies. I bought extra dock sauce, it does have a kick that hit me in the back of my throat, whew! I will stick to tarter sauce. I hate I had to pay for tarter sauce, that wasn't explained to me when I called in my order. But I know what to do the next time. Not take the dock sauce because tarter sauce is more my speed. Good job yall!

I'm glad they reopened. The food has been consistently good and fresh so far. My only complaint is that when you order extra dock sauce for a 2-3 piece fish combo, they didn't give me the small dock sauce that should come with the meal. Instead, they only gave me the extra dock sauce that I asked for which is $1.20 for the slightly bigger container. This is the 2nd time I've noticed the smaller sauce wasn't added, so I'm thinking it's being intentionally left out because they're not expecting customers to check before leaving. Next time I'll make sure that what is supposed to come with the combos is included, in addition to, what I paid for. Lately, they also haven't put ketchup or utensils in the bag. The customer service can be hit or miss at times so hopefully the workers will see the complaints and improve.

The employees are REFUSING to allow me to pull out and park after ordering at the drive thru. They refused to serve me when I pulled up to the window on the drivers side window and they made me go around the building and pull up passenger side to the window and people are used to pulling up driver's side to the window. Their food is good but it takes double the time as sharks fish and chicken and the little bit of savings isn't worth it to go there much. I told them that they need to get people to pull up and park and just bring out the food. She claimed that they don't have enough employees, but they only had a couple of customers inside and at least 2 employees. At sharks fish and chicken they just have the cook and 2 employees and they can run circles around these people. They also didn't give me any ketchup for the french fries and they have a hot sauce which is better mixed with ketchup. The hot sauce is mustard powder , mayonnaise, cayenne, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, onion flakes, sweet pickles, dill pickles , tumeric powder, finely chopped jalapeno peppers, garlic powder, celery powder or seeds and probably sweet pickle juice and several more spices. It's better mixed with ketchup to make it milder. It may not have jalapenos but it is a possibility. I will update as I taste more of the separate spices in the sauce.

I think it's very selfish for someone to order and hold the entire line up for 20+ minutes...

Omg, the best fish in Macon Ga and the sauce is like no other that I've tasted before, and the lemonade is delicious hmm-hmm-hmm. Whenever I'm in Macon and want fish, this is my go-to spot. Please don't let the area nor the exterior of the drive thru discourage you!!! Everything is fresh and prepared per ordering. True hidden gem.
