This restaurant was highly recommended. We tried it once and it was great! But the second time not so much! And I don’t recommend anything with bbq sauce they don’t add much to their meats ‘very dry’ sandwiches!

I've been eating Fresh Air since I was 3 years old, and it is consistently good pulled-pork BBQ. The staff in Macon are speedy, and friendly. FAB should be a stop on everyone's journey down I-75, since they have perfected what the original boucaniers began on the wild Carribees in the south Atlantic Ocean.

I stopped in as a first time customer and let me tell you...it did not disappoint!! Service was quick and on point, staff was super friendly. Very casual, laid back atmosphere and as soon as I walked in and smelled that bbq my mouth started to water. I ordered the 1/2 chicken and it was outstanding, seriously folks if you are nearby run, don't walk and stop by, I highly recommend it.
Recommended to me by a coworker. Good food, and I really like the decor. Lots of old fashioned furniture and such. Pretty nice place.

All I can say is DELICIOUS! My favorite is the smoked chicken plate. The bbq sauce is amazing, so I make sure to buy my own bottle! Thanks for the amazing bbq!

Wife and I both got the BBQ plate. Hers had slaw, Brunswick Stew while I had the stew. It was delicious and filling. This is my favorite place in Macon for BBQ! NEVER dissatisfied with service, food or the establishment. Friendliest staff!
