Ordered breakfast this morning and it was absolutely delicious...Fresh and hot and we really enjoyed it. The young lady at the drive thur window was very friendly and made sure our order was correct..I have to be honest that I have not always had a good experience at that location but today was absolutely exceptional..Thank you to the staff...Hardee's absolutely has the best breakfast biscuits...

Jan...2..2023..pulled up to give my order...and she has got to be the most unpleasant drive thru person I have ever encountered. Don't like your job honey? Go back to finish school..and u won't have to sling hash all your miserable life!!

The line moved along swiftly and how does away from there in less than 10 minutes.. the order was right, the food was hot, and it was good, real good...Parking: Lots of parking with handicap parking near the door...

It started out so well...When this location first opened it offered really great food and service.Fast forward a few years and I officially will never return.My most recent experience was not the first negative one I have had at this specific Hardee's; however, it did establish beyond all doubt that each bad meal there is part of a pattern, not isolated incidents.The specifics of what went wrong in my last visit were so numerous I am just listing them:- Drive through was so dark: the restaurant did not look open; you could not read the menu; and you did not feel safe.- Left two items out of my order, even after I asked if they were sure everything was in the bad and was cheerfully reassured it was complete- Food was cold- Request to leave one item off each burger was acknowledged, then totally ignored.- Food was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I used to turn to Hardee's for above average fast food, but most of what we got on our last visit went to the dog because it was so repulsive.- Contacted local and national customer service about the horrifically bad experience; it was painfully obvious neither cared. The company did not even contact us to follow up after we reported the multitude of issues through their website.Our family will never return to this location and will probably shy away from all Hardee's for a long, looong time.At the very least, I would highly recommend fans of the chain seek their burgers and biscuits anywhere other than Macon.

They are my favorite restaurant to eat breakfast ? They have a variety of biscuits ; country fried steak, country ham,pork chop that other places doesn't have .... Best Biscuits in town Hands down in my opinion ❤️❤️❤️

First time having breakfast there this morning drive through was fast and the young lady at the window was very sweet the chicken biscuit was delicious however the hash browns were hard and cold but that's ok though I'd go back again 9/10.

Good food but I wsited over 5 minutes at drive up for someone to take my order and then once I got my order n parked to eat, I didnt get the ketchup or creamer I asked for. So I went in, I need my creamer, and they didnt have any! I let the lady know I was a little aggravated but considering the issue with finding people to actually work to earn money instead of sitting home collecting money and our lousy administration screwing everything up it touches, I tried to be understanding. The lady that waited on me was there from another store, undoubtedly bc of not enough help.

It said they were open but doors were locked so we went thru the drive thru and they took 3 separate orders for just me, The young girl won't let me finish telling her what I wanted then got all orders wrong, Then when I pulled around she opened the door and let a few people in and lock the door behind them and they seemed to all know each other and ordered and sat down!Family favors I guess!

I went to Hardee's at 9:00 pm, order my food at drive thru window, the employee didn't answer me when I finished. Drove around and nobody came to window to let me know what was going on, why did she take my order then hide, unprofessional, I don't appreciate being ghosted at the Hardee's on Gray Hwy! And you wonder why you don't stay busy.
It was not busy at all. Had to pull down to wait so I expected food to be hot. Not! Fries were warm past the time to waste them. Sandwiches were ok.

Terrible service . We pulled in to feed our family at 530 on a Saturday they open at 5:00 am on a Saturday. They had the open sign blinking we pulled in and she said sorry we are currently closed. I understand things come up. But it’s 5am on a busy morning with lights on saying they are open. I personally believe they were being lazy

They were beyond slammed and we sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, probably understaffed. But the lady at the drive through speaker and window Mykeia I believe, was very polite and thorough. Her attitude made the whole experience worth it.Hold on to that employee.

The food is great like always, but the service at this location is terrible. I was shorted two of my breakfast sandwiches and when i returned with my receipt i was given no apology, just an eye roll and she went to the warmer and tossed them in a bag. I will not return to this location

After working a 12 hr shift 3-7-22 I drove to this Hardee's and arrived at 5:10am store not open. I rechecked web site and it shows opens at 5:00 am. Only one employee car and one female walking around in store, At 5:45 am another employee comes. At 6:05 am I call female advised she didn't know what time she would open. I left and will never go back. What kind of IDIOTS are running these FAST FOOD RESTUARANTS NOW DAYS?
