My office orders from here a lot! Their service is always delightful from start to finish. The ingredients are always super fresh and crisp. The bread has just the right amount of softness and crunch that only fresh bread can provide. The deliveries are always fast and efficient! We will continue to order from here! Thanks for many great meals!

This location like many Macon restaurant started off strong and went down hill. The staff is clearly not trained correctly on how to make the sandwich. You can’t put 2 pieces of meat on a 8” sub folded over and expect that to be acceptable. This a great location, to the owner people are not coming because your folks are making bad sandwiches and the store is unmanaged at night and run by teenagers.

We absolutely love going here and grabbing a quick sandwich. However, the music choice this evening with language not suitable for young children really made our dinner upsetting. Please think about families when choosing music for your establishment.

I went to Jimmy Johns on Forsyth Rd in Macon today. There was a young man standing at a cash register and I asked him if I ordered there. He said no and pointed to another register. I went to that one and the guy pointed at the original register I went to. I asked the guy which one, and he laughed out loud at me. No apology just laughed. I don’t like being treated that way. I left. You lost this customer.

Service was not freaky fast, waited over 12 minutes for my two sandwiches. Only had two customers before me and they were only get a single sandwhich each. Not nearly as fast as they used to be.

I have tried this Jimmy John’s 4 times, here are my experiences. First time, ordered via Doordash amazing sub. Second time, via Doordash, waited one hour and called the store, only to be told that the delivery driver had to leave for an emergency. Third time, via Doordash, waited an hour and called the store, they don’t have delivery drivers on Sunday. This Sunday was the final time, we went to the location and ordered a BLT. We got home, and I was excited until I unwrapped a sub that had a minimal amount of Mayo, a light dusting of lettuce, and 2 slices of bacon. But Dana, you ordered a BLT, yes, yes I did. I will add insult to injury and mention I ordered my lunch for tomorrow, yet another minimalist culinary master piece, no tomato, BUT a bacon increase of 2 slices. Firehouse would never. It’s the hook and ladder from now on.

Today ended a 2 year relationship with my neighborhood JJ's.I always order the Vito requesting Mayo, Oil and Oregon on the bread however Today I was told I couldn't get it that way by a Bully at the register. I mentioned I've gotten it this way for 2 years as recent as a week ago Sunday. She told me they haven't done that since August? QUE??I GUESS I'M A LIAR.So I looked at the Bully and respectfully declined the dry sandwich. So apparently JJs Bullies customers into buying what they want you to have.. Clearly not what the customers request within complete reason. GOD BLESS AMERKKKAI WENT TO PUBLIX ✌?

If I could give no stars I would. I walked up to the counter the person didn't speak or nothing so we are both standing there. Not only is the customer service bad, but this was the worst Jimmy John's I've ever eaten. I couldn't eat the top piece of bread it look raw. I ordered six sandwiches and maybe two were right. They just made them the way they wanted. I had a turkey with just turkey and cheese, nothing else. Another one didn't have tomatoes. I can go on and on. These young people just don't care. Ever again

Ordered online. Recieved a call that said the driver had 2 jobs so he could not come for 2 hours. Asking if I wanted to cancel my order. Well yes, cancel the order and the 25%tip.Their slogan use to be Freaky Fast.. What Happened? I can get a pizza at lunch time, in the middle of the super bowl faster.I canceled my order and the status never changed from recieved so i called to make sure the order was canceled and the guy said "Yes"You will probably get your money back.. PROBABLY... LOL..Atleast this time they called.. Last time they did not call at all.. I just waited it out because no one would answer the phone..Jimmy Johns lost me as a customer..

I ordered today at about 330 . Recieved a call saying the order could not be recieved untill 5. He asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. So I canceled. Then I was looking online and the order never changed status.. So i called back to verify the order was canceled. The guy said " You should get your money back" . I was like "should"..LOL.. I will. And I know not to ever order from them again.. Jimmy Johns use to know for being Freaky Fast.. Now its you might get it in 1.5 hours if you are lucky..
