they suck, they don’t wear gloves. Give you the wrong food & stick their hands in the food & just eat it. They have the worst attitudes I have ever seen. Went in there one night, had a little young girl throwing stuff & having an attitude. Sitting in here now, we order white meat & they gave us dark meat. Took it back up there & they switched it & made it seem like we were slow.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!! From customer service to management. AWFUL. RUDE. SLOW. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISGUSTING. I've NEVER had a manager talk to me with a CIGARETTE in his mouth! TALKED VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY AS WELL. Tried to talk to me like I was stupid, tried to lie about the situation, and took NO ownership or try to help fix the situation. I've NEVER in my life had to wait OVER AN HOUR AFTER PAYING and still NOT get any food!!!

Made an online order. Arrived to pickup the order 15-20 minutes later and had to wait another 15 minutes for one biscuit. I had ordered $56 worth of food. They forgot 3 side items. I didn’t check my order before leaving, I should have. Check your order before you leave, the employees do not pay attention to the order receipt when packing the bag.

The service was excellent. However, the macaroni n cheese was burnt and dry but everything else was great. And it was like a sauna inside it was so hot we couldn't hardly eat inside, had to shed some clothes for sure.
We pulled up at 9pm to get a 8 piece chicken and they told us they just sold their last 8 piece and they weren’t busy at all …oh okay we won’t be back period!

The last 3 times I have stopped at this KFC after work around 5 30 pm they are always out of Chicken. You ask for a meal with 3 pieces of chicken extra crispy they on have one piece or not the pieces you want and will tell you it is cooking will be 15 minutes. Why do they not have chicken ready during high track time? I give up will start getting my chicken some place else.

I ordered online...The app stated my order would be ready for pickup at 6:16 pm however it wasn't ready until 6:39 .. The manager Ron was very polite and helpful and another guy was working and doing all he could to help get everyone's food out but the 2 cashiers that were on duty they kinda just stood there and watched everyone else get the food out and neither of them was friendly whatsoever...

Food was hot and good but these young girls one in particular claims her name was Bre whom worked the drive thru at approximately 6pm had a very nasty rude attitude n needs to go to customer service classes.. there was no problem with my food it was just her nasty attitude having to take the order and ask for napkins a spoon and hot sauce n my receipt paid she slammed the window just because I guess she was irritated by me asking for these things. Rolling your eyes, being exceptionally rude wasn't even called for..if she didn't wanna work she should quit or find another job in my opinion
