We stopped at 9:25 PM. after a disappointing selection at another KFC in the area. This restaurant did have the popcorn chicken for the famous bowl, and I ordered two. They did not have any sweet tea or Starry available to drink, so we settled on water bottles. We were glad they had the food and silverware to eat. However, the cheese was frozen on top of both bowls. The chicken was hard and crunchy like it was old. And the Gravy was watered down. Neither of the meals were able to be eaten due to the poor flavor, warmth, and chicken being old.

Something was wrong with the machine to take the orders we gave our order....the woman disappeared and never came back until we were about to pull off then came on and said that she was ready....we came around to the window and waited for her to prep the food and took payment.

Typical KFC food wise. My only real complaint is that they game their service speed metrics. They have drive through customers wait before driving up to the window. Clear grab at gaming their window service times.
