I love my Kroger on HB. The free pick up is so well organized, I'm barely done checking in and they're out there. Very sweet employees loading my groceries, never a mistake on my order and great coupons to take advantage of. When inside for Starbucks or stamps the same goes, friendly folks, clean store, pharmacy moves fast, many of the same employees I've known for decades.

The EBT payment system was down. No notice at the self checkout. So you check out all of your groceries and then am told you have to find another means of payment. This does not suffice. CS claimed they posted a sign on the front door. Personally, I don’t look for or read signs while walking in the door and did not notice a sign. Nor did the 3 other EBT patrons behind me. When I requested signage at checkout, I was disregarded. I’m a long time customer, until today. Looking for a friendlier place to shop in my neighborhood.

From the outside and inside beautiful store, the problem I have is I work overnight, works out good cause when I get off, there are usually very few shoppers in at 7:30am. The same can't be said for vendors and stockers, its nearly impossible to get a cart thru the wide aisles, gotten to the point that I have heard the loud sighs of employees as I am attempting to squeeze past them. I understand shelves need to be filled, but maybe not to the point that they take up the entire space while doing it.

The last several times we have done the pick list they have left several items off. The last two trips I got out to see if the items were truly out of stock. Both times every item they did not pick was actually in stock. There’s no telling how much the stuff is costing Kroger overall by just laziness. We’ve spent our last dollar at the Hartley Bridge Kroger. Tried speaking with a manager and they told the cashier to handle my problem that she did not have time. I believe her name was Sharon, didn’t have time byr yet it was 9pm and maybe 20 customers in the store.

If I could give less stars I would- kaylin or katlyn (blonde girl with crazy long hair) rolled her eyes and scoffed at me while I was paying her- I think it's because I paid in ones but only for a small purchase. She's just rude and shouldn't be a cashier if she's going to be so bad at service.
Can’t keep it stocked!! Always out of everything....I drive to another town 15 minutes away bcause this one 5 minutes away can’t keep ANYTHING stocked!! Never more than ONE register open....besides self checkout.

You only get one star because it wouldn't allow me to give NO stars! Worst grocery store in town! Bought two items two different time, one in the store and one through click list. Both items had an expiration date of 2019. Told customer service about the items. Went in today and MY HUSBAND removed 8 jars of the item that had been pushed to the back of the shelf and were expired! Standing in line and the clerk tells the lady behind us who had just walked up to go to another check out because we had to many item. This was a regular check out not an express lane! Management doesn't care, customer service doesn't care and most of the workers are rude! I'm ready to start spending more money and shopping at Walmart!!!
