I went to Krystal today my order was wrong when I got home I do not live in macon was just passing through stop at Krystal ordered a breakfast scrambler with bacon I got sausage and the tots was so hard I couldn't break them in half call the returant and the person just hung up on me will never eat from this Krystal against unprofessional and poor management to let food go out unsafe to eat

Went thru the drive thru and got a 5 for and was going to order more but the person taking the order was so rude and literally the second I finished with the order for the 5 for gave me the total didn't even ask if that would compete my order or anything else just gave the total. It's rude and made you miss out on a another sale. I spent 7 dollars but the order was supposed to be a 30 dollar order. That's okay Cookout got the rest of that money

Good classic food, but what won me was how the crew was constantly cleans around the restaurant and that has to be done to have a healthy place to eat!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking and sidewalk ramps with grip grid for wheel chair tires also table with sitting for chair
Welp I went at 6am when they open but didn't really open until 6:25. Not only was I late for work because of it, I work 1 mile away from the location got to work and the was cold. Wow unbelievable. Did not expect to have to use the microwave on what was supposed to be freshly ordered hot food. And I wasted 15 dollars. Do better or close the place down.

Very rude and stuck up only ask for and application and they caught and attitude and rolled eyes after coming home felt like I dodged Bullet with this one and after reading the reviews I see why they have so many negative remarks hell she was smoking by the trash can wasn't even inside were she needed to

On November 7th at lunch time there were two ladies that were working and they were truly awesome. I didn't get the usual "I don't care" attitude you get from fast food. These ladies went OUT of their way to make our visit really pleasant. The food was great BUT it was the customer service that was just outstanding.

My breakfast was fine but I also got a cup of water and it wasn't just water. It tasted very funny and after spitting it out it had my throat burning. I honestly believe it was some cleaning solution or something but I won't be returning after this and if I do I definitely won't be getting any water cups.
