Bathroom looked like a horror films bathroom after the filming has been completed and before the films clean up crew has arrived.The burgers looked like the meat was being wiped with tissue that was half a soggy bun. I feel like it’s supposed to be gravy and that’s what I focused on in order to eat one.After the burger was finished I thought ok. Tasty, I can kudos the appeal. Service was nice and fast. Atmosphere- bathroom - it’s probably hard to have pride in a restaurant that probably should pay their staff a little more.But it’s about the food so … three stars. I’m sorry ?

I'm a frequent customer to this restaurant and the food is good. Management and staff is another story. I've been in the restaurant industry for 25 years and I've never seen a manager call an employee to the lobby to make fun of someone with a medical condition. Then for the employees all start laughing behind people's back. That's how y'all make customers feel welcome. Since everything is so funny let me go ahead and laugh my way to call corporate ? ? ?

This is by far the worst Krystal I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every time I have been here the staff is super rude and my order is wrong. I understand fast food service is demanding by nature but maybe find another line of work if you can't handle it.

Oh how I love krystals but the service today was horrible! Customer service is just as important as the food to me and both were lacking today. The meat was barely on the bun, the fries were lukewarm and the sprite was flat! Krystals sprite is the best and that too to be lacking today just took the cake. Won't visit that location again. Zebulon road store or nothing!
