Update: Dropping this to a 2 because the waitress stole my wifes bank card info and went shopping... Learned our lesson about giving our card to the wait staff at any restaurant ever again!!!Food was very good, Steak was a little under the Med Well I ordered, but I can eat a Medium steak. Service was ok, was a bit turned off by the 2 inch fake nails. I work in healthcare and we banned fake nails bc they harbor alot of bacteria. Alot of restaurants have banned them too for the same reason. We got there early and were seated immediately which was nice. Longhorn is still one of my favorite steak houses of all. The fries and salad were both good and the Salmon my wife got was good too.Parking: We had to park in the shopping center lot behind the restaurant, their small lot was full.

First time there was satisfied with service and the food. I do not eat beef but was able to enjoy the alternatives they supplied.
My family and I went to LongHorn for my husband's birthday today and this was by far one of the worst experiences that me and my family has experienced ever at LongHorn. Customer service was extremely poor, the food order was wrong, and we were charged for an appetizer that we never received however our waitress dropped the check off and to go boxes but walked off as I tried to address her about removing the appetizer that we never got so I just paid for it to leave this establishment because I was over the terrible experience. I've been a patron of LongHorn for many years and service has always been great until today. Hopefully you guys see this review and make improvements before business suffers.

Great date night location. We both had the Grilled Chicken Parm with Arnold Palmers. Good food, and great service.
I met some friends here for a little outing and I must admit I had not been to Longhorn in several years but I truly enjoyed the shrimp mashed potatoes and broccoli. The shrimp were seasoned to perfection. The only thing I wasn't to happy about was the lack of attention from the waitress. She acted like she didn't want to be bothered and she only checked on us once to see if we were ok or if we needed anything.
This was a mixed experience. They erred put of ribs, rice and Sam Adam's! The bread was warm and good. We ordered the onions .. we had to ask about them twice so they were not hot when they arrived. I think our waitress was new since she couldn't answer a couple questions.Positive: The steaks were very good. I had the ribeye and my husband had the T-bone. The grilled corn was good.Cons: The loaded baked potato was a real disappointment .. it was definitely NOT loaded. There was a tiny bit of cheese and maybe one piece of an herb. A sad amount of sour cream. When I asked for more, I finally got maybe a tablespoon more. We were charged extra for corn and my husband's Mac and cheese, which we should have expected.We haven't been to one of these in years but only chain restaurants were open, in this area, since it was Palm Sunday.

This location was a terrible experience. Our waitress was taking 10-15 mins to get drinks (water), refills, to go box, the check, etc. My fiance's steak was wrong and had to be re-cooked. Mine was overcooked. The bathrooms had gnats, dirty toilets, and looked absolutely gross. We will not be back to this location. ?
